Great range of products. The furniture seems to be very expensive though, especially anything made from wood. I know timber isn't cheap, but I'm talking crazy money for really simple wooden tables and chairs ect.

We purchased the Kobe lounge and took 14 weeks to deliver. Which was fine however when it arrived it was different to what we ordered. It was hard as a brick and not like the one we sat on in the shop. The manager said to “knee it” and it will soften. Nope never did. The seat size was also different to what we ordered.we had to go into the shop 3 times for any action taken. The manager was rude. In the end they took it away and the manager had the nerve to charge $100 to move our other couches back to where they were. I’m sure the floor stock quality is quite different to what you actually get. These where $7000 couches and was told to knee, walk and bounce on them to soften. I’ll never buy from this store again. I’m so sure they make up whatever just to make a sale.

This store must be the most horrible Harvey Norman in the country. I attended this store ready to make a purchase of one of the high end vacuum cleaners. After long research, I was familiar with the functions, and options between the various models. The salesperson was keen to argue with me about the different models and despite knowing the differences the agent insisted in functions which were incorrect despite me showing them on their website and knowing that it was their latest product.

Then I went to purchase the selected product, transaction declined 3 times (a Harvey Norman systems outage), the sales person kept telling me it was on my end which was incorrect as my provider sent a a 2 factor verification SMS to confirm. The salesperson then told me to leave the store, making me out to be up to something. No problem, walked into the competitor a few doors down the road and purchased a new vacuum cleaner. Looks like HN just lost some revenue and a customer.

Think twice if you are going to buy electronics from them! The sale process was ok, but after sale service was shocking.

Samsung 49 monitor with white uniformity issue returned in 2 days after sale, No easy replacement like Costco!

you will need to be booked in for someone to have a look, the technician could not find the issues and put as moving browsers causing different colour on the monitor, that was so dumb.

I gave up on harvey norman and dealt with Samsung warranty and they send technician to my home and he took 5 secs to identify the problem and panel was replaced on the same day!

Don't waste your money on their product care!

Trash store, having issue with the air purifier, go to the return reception desk nobody there, go to the main reception desk, staff telling me to go find someone else. Finally found two staff, they told me to go back to the original store where I bought the product because the Harvey Norman branches don't share any information on the computers, worst consumer services ever. Thank you, never buy products here again.

The store is well stocked and the staff member who eventually assisted us was knowledgeable. Finding staff was an issue.

Absolutely the worst service, I walked in with my wife and went the computer area and was asked if I needed help. Said yes and asked to see ipads, he took me to the ipads and said there you go and walked away to continue his chatting with his work mates. Disgusted we left and went to The Good Guys and spent $2700 on ipads and accessories. Obviously not enough commission?

Very bad service and worst store i have ever been. I spend huge amount of money to buy furniture but In return i got very bad service. I suggest not to trust on them.

Harvey Norman Cannington Store always striving to give out the worst service they can to their customers. Unreliable sales person, new service manager is useless. Supply broken product and not following up, hang over the phone that all they did.

Harvey Norman Cannington store supplied unsafe table and chair, (one of chair has snapped leg) Sell product as package (one table and 8 Chairs) and only allowed return chairs only. Service manager hanging over the phone, doesn't want moving forward to sort the quality product issue, not reply e-mail as well, we are waiting for more than one month. Sales person said free delivery, but still charge $150 delivery.
Unreliable store, never care their reputation and never care customer.

Wow wasn't expecting to be one of bad experienced customers but here I am. We bought sofa, dining table and chairs with matching colours. We asked 100 times before buying whether they have enough stock or not. They said everything is in stock and eill be delivered in 4 weeks. Within a week got a call saying they didn't have same colour chairs and happy to replace with black. If we wanted to have black colour chairs we could have bought on the first day. There is clear lack of communication between sales staff, manager and their suppliers. I don't believe i have to start from zero again.we had to cancel all our orders and start looking somewhere else.waste of time, too annoying salesperson.nobody should buy anything from Harvey Norman.

A few months ago I was so pleased with the way Mark helped me find a washing machine. After such a great experience, today I went back to buy a new fridge and specifically went to see Mark, again exceptional customer service and great knowledge on products. I never normally write reviews but I hope this gets back to him! 5/5 starts.

So angry I'm livid. Waited since boxing day sales to get 1 air-conditioning unit installed. Day before the installer was due to come they call and say their helper has "pulled out on them". Great. Tomorrow is 40 degrees. Won't ever be returning and suggest you get air-conditioning installed from elsewhere.

Worse Product Supplied, Worst Service Provided, Service Manager (Phil) hang over the phone. Keep promise and break the promise. Reply the e-mail within 5 day, it's never happens.

Worst service ever had. I brought a lather lounge 7/8 months ago and start getting different colour within 2/3 months. Also brought Guardsman Australia. It’s been 5/6 months now trying to get fix under warranty nothing is happening. Went to see the manager and his response was, we just sell their products we don’t do anything else. Otherwise I have to buy new one. What a joke. But when they sell products they promised with Neal down their knee.
