Thank you so much Dr Emma, always so kind, patient and understanding. A rare find when it comes to vets.

I bought my boy in last month just after midnight- the staff was so compassionate, kind and accommodating. Thank you for helping my baby leave this earth in the most dignifying and peaceful way and letting me stay with him for as long as I needed to made such a tragic loss just that bit easier to deal with, thank you again.

The Team at EVH were professional and friendly. The service I received was excellent and I have nothing but praise for the staff.

Thank you to the very caring vet and receptionist that looked after us last Sunday evening. We were very distressed but their professional help and advice helped us deal with losing our beautiful cat Milo. We received a lovely card and paw prints today which was so lovely and caring. Thank you

Whitney is a fantastic vet and extremely professional.

Our puppy had his second allergic reaction to a bee and as soon as we brought him in, Whitney was quick to treat him. He mended very well and we didn’t feel forced into an overnight stay, she simply offered that option if we felt comfortable doing so (we took him home instead).

He is now jumping all over the place and happy as again!

Whitney was very clear on options that are available to prevent another reaction.

We had to take our beloved little 9 year old Honey Bunny 2 Saturday night's ago to EVH as she was very ill and had to be put down. The empathy and professional service we received from Dr Issy and her team was simply first class & made our loss just that little bit easier. They treated her with dignity & the way she was returned to us was simply first class. Then to receive a follow up card from Dr Issy and her team was very touching. Thank you EVH. You guys are the absolute best.

This has been my second visit to the emergency vets. On Monday, public holiday I had to take my Staffie as she decided to eat a piece of plastic, it was stuck in her teeth. They were fantastic as always and returned one happy woofer

Great service in these weird times. Called from the car and they came to collect our little Charlie and treated him for his bee sting/reaction. Prompt efficient service - thank you

Thank you Vet Chloe and staff for taking such prompt and thorough care to Hugo on Monday after he ate rat bait. Very reassuring to have an emergency vet close-by.

Crash Grab
I could not recommend this place at all - we took our sick dog yes on a public holiday but the blatant money hungry tactics was disgusting. We didn’t ask for an ultrasound but they gave us one (we signed the consent form after the ultrasound). Basic veterinarian skills went missing to be replaced with high priced diagnostic equipment with no real treatment at all just fluids and monitoring. I can easily compare veterinarian skills when we took our dog back to our local vet who quickly and confidently diagnosed our dog at 17% of the price. Don’t get me wrong I would pay more if it needed to be but when you are talking about surgery before even knowing what is wrong with the dog is pretty concerning.

Took my little dog here on Boxing Day and they could not have been more caring or professional. Discovered what was wrong very quickly and treated her promptly and we took her home with clear instructions for continuing treatment at home. Many thanks.

Have been here a couple of times now with our dog Tayla. Cannot recommend these guys enough. Very thorough, knowledgeable and very friendly. Spent just over half an hour here last night again, dog received two injections and three lots of meds to take away at a very reasonable price. Thank you very much EVH!)

Nearly 3 months ago my dog got mauled. The vets and nurses at EVH were amazing, such calming and caring people. Even when I was beside myself seeing my precious boy so hurt. They encouraged us to call through the night to check on our boy, whilst he was in their care for the night. Even when we called once he was home with questions, we never felt silly and they always offered advice on making our at home care easier. Highly recommend this amazing clinic and it’s staff. We are so thankful for them taking us in and providing such amazing care to our boy that horrible afternoon.

My dog was suffering back pain and I inquired by phone what medication I could give him. The vet on duty was fantastic explained all that I needed to know thank you so much what a great experience

Took my 2 cats - one that had intestinal issues and one that had liver issues. Was totally impressed with the care and professionalism at reception and of Dr Serene Chen. Everything was explained and the process was thorough. My buddies were in very good hands. Thankyou everyone for your excellent care.

We went to the EVH Emergency Vet Hospital after ringing the receptionist first to enquire about prices and treatment hypothetically speaking. We have dealt with a previous emergency clinic where the money was way more important and even after excessive payment our beloved dog died, thus making us reluctant to attend a clinic after hours. Wow, thank you to the receptionist for passing on our fears and for Steve who was excellent in care of our dog Willow. Fees were not excessive and would definitely recommend and revisit if needed. Thank you for your service.

5 stars is not enough. The staff at EVH are truly dedicated and wonderfully adept at what they do. We brought our little border collie in called "Arche" and they saved his life after horrific injuries after being attacked by two other dogs. We cant thank them enough and our dog would not be here today if it wasn't for them. The whole staff are amazing and so dedicated in what they do. Deb & Paul would like to thank them from the bottom of our heart for us to still have our little boy back with us. If you read negative reviews, its utter rubbish and should be ignored.we hate the way social media can portray an establishment in a bad way when they have done their upmost for your pets and it doesn't go the way one would hope. I can not recommend them highly enough. With us it was not about the cost (they have bills to pay & it was totally fair) it was about getting him back to us. If you decide to have a pet and it goes wrong, which it did for us then you would do anything for them.

Prices were a little high but to know Pup is in good hands was worth it - wouldn’t hesitate coming back. All staff were exceptional.
