Europcar Perth Airport

It was a very pleasant early start to my day to be welcomed by a very chearful Mr Lim, as I returned my car.

Have rented from Europcar in the past and had no bad experiences in dealing with them. They were efficient with customer service and the rental vehicles that were available were competitive in price.

I usually dread taking out rental vehicles, but the staff at the Perth office were exceptional. There was a long queue (45mins) when picking up the vehicle, but staff did their absolute best to ensure everyone was in and out as quickly as possible.

Terrible staff, double charge. Hang out our telephone. Don't choose this company. The staff very rude and the supervisor rude as well. Terrible.

Rented a car from here the staff were very helpful and friendly, however their cars are horrible.
I booked a standard SUV, got a Hyundai Tucson, the first one was filthy and not safe to drive kept shaking like one of the tyres was loose took it back and got it replaced with another one same car. This one pulls to the left and is full of insects lucky my wife wasn't in the car when the cockroach decided to come out from behind the sun visor.
I strongly don't recommend this place.

Over priced damage waiver ($31.95/day) on top of car hire.
Customer service was ok and car is brand new. Base rental is reasonable until you add extra driver and insurance.

Would never recommend them! Their desk staff are rude & unhelpful. We had already done a pre-check in but needed to give them the same details again. We picked up the car with no person in the carpark to assist us in locating our hire car. When we dropped off the car, there was no in the carpark to do a final sign off on the car nor was there anyone on the desk.

Ive heard of many people having bad experiences with Europcar. Next time when we come to Perth, we will use Hertz who when we have hired previously we have never had any problems!

Long wait when trying to get a pre booked car late at night, won’t be using again. Zero customer service from attendant also!

Hassle free experience of renting and returning the car at Perth international airport. Will defo consider them as a rental car provider.

Hopeless rude staff who play hide and seek of an evening. No notifications of which office/desk/location is open, how find or contact the staff. Got shafted with a tiny car after paying for a large only to be told they are not available. Lift your game europcar

Excellent service. Car was fine. It would be nice to have a trolley nearby (had to do a 800m round trip to get one). Overall happy

Joined their loyalty program and booked a car. My wife went to pay with her credit card and they completely rewrote the hire agreement in her name leaving us uninsured! (and no loyalty points!)

Very disappointed booked paid in advance and had to pay extra $800 on pickup still fuming! NEVER EVER AGAIN.
