73Don't even think about booking a car here. It took an hour to get a reserved car and after we handed the car back in good condition, they wanted us to pay a fee of 400 Dollars for an accident we never caused, that even happend three month after we gave the car back! Now, 1.5 years later they wanted to charge us again including a lot of fees and for a different sum! Stay away and take a good an professional company!
Careful when renting car here. They tried to confused us with the rates and keep trying to upsell for the expensive rates. In the end I gotten a car way more expensive and beyond the category I've chosen.
1 month after the rental they even deducted money off my credit card for no reason. Will be lodging a police report with the Western Australia Police on this matter.
Pathetic customer service. Their phone line is constantly routed to a Philippines call centre who will address my lost item in 7 business days. Basically theft at this stage.
We rented here after a really bad experience with Go Campervan. By contrast Europcar staff were friendly, they showed us the car reserved for us, which was OK but a bit smaller than we wanted. So they offered us an upgrade to a really nice SUV for only A$10/day, which for the ride was well worth it, and still very good value for money importantly the return was also very friendly quick and efficient, no charges and it all made for a really good experience certificate. Recommended
We have a hire car organised through our insurance company following an accident. On picking up the car we were told that there was a $100 bond payable, which would be returned to our account on return of the vehicle. We felt this was fair. On checking our bank account it turns out we were not informed that if a debit card was used the bond was $400! We are now out of pocket by $400 until the car is returned. While the young lady who served us was nice to deal with, I am extremely disappointed that we are disadvantaged because we were not given the correct information.
The car rental was fine. Trying to find the map with Perth T3 /T4 returns could not be found on my phone on the Europcar website. We returned it to T1 / T2 and our anxiety was increasing as we waited for an airport transfer to the other terminal. Imagine how we felt when we found we could have returned it to T3 / T4.
Stay away. You get hit with hundreds of dollars of extra charges if you book online then show up at the desk. The car was great but would never rent from them again. Better to take an Uber to Bayswater car rental to and from the airport and rent from them instead.
I called the customer service to ask some questions. The agent Maria was so unprofessional and rude. She really needs some training. I have read bad reviews about europcar services and now i truly experienced once.
That was a much better service compares to Melbourne city. Friendly customer orientated. Clear information. One bad thing is you need to walk a long way from the office to car park with two kids and 4 luggage.the car was ok. Still recommended
Price is crazy. Insurance more than doubled the cost and still doesn't cover underbody or water damage.
Sting you with a $5500 excess if you don't take it.
The counter at the aiport was good and the lady behind the counter was friendly but that was about it. It was a fair walk from the terminal to the pick up station and we were told that there was a person there to greet us and give us the car. The other car rental agencies had booths but sadly not Europcar. After 10 minutes I called the customer service hotline who initially asked me to go back to the counter. Then the lady from the counter came out to us and the valet came as well. The vehicle chosen wasnt available and we were downgraded to a smaller car. Adding insult to injury as I drove off, the car said the service was overdue by 11,668kms. Talk about being unsafe! Enough said.
Landed very late into Perth travelling from the UK and I was a bit flustered trying find all my detail and the 2 staff working that night could not have been more helpful. They were so friendly and patient and even gave me helpful tips about the city.

I booked two SUV car for holiday, due to the safety problem, one SUV need to change to another car. A guy who said he is the manager. Lying to me about the car was the same size as what we booked but it wasn't when my husband checked in airport. The service was too bad and unpleasant.
Strongly unrecommended.
Arranged by my insurer, i had to pick up a rental car from the team at Europcar at Perth Airport. I received fantastic service and was very impressed by the two ladies there
They'd got the time and date of my booking right, but it was all downhill from there. The car I booked was selected because I know the way the controls work;I actually got an 'equivalent' car. I couldn't find the parking brake, eventually discovered it was operated by the left foot! I have a weak left leg, so great difficulty operating it. Nobody to ask about the vehicle anywhere. Real difficulty in town! Won't be booking with Europcar anytime soon.
Nice and helpful and friendly staff. Best experience so far with the Lady from the Desk and Lim the carpark staff. Easy to Change the Car after 15000 km Here. Very customer friendly.
Service at Reception was good. For a prestige hire the vehicle could have been presented a lot cleaner than it was. Be careful if booking through a third party company as they might not give you the most accurate conditions of hire. Overall would go back just because of the great reception staff and manager that soughted all our issues promptly.
I had booking on Mitsubishi ASX or similar, on site lady in the counter told me that they dont have those cars at the moment and she can offer me kia rio instead. When I started to argue with her that I paid for higher class etc.she told me that they dont have any other car, so I was "forced" to take the kia.
Of course they didnt refound price diference, because car was booked in 3rd party company I feel robbed by them.
I will never ever recommend this company to nobody.
I've rent a Suv for a short trip and the overall experience was really good. The only problem I had is that all the Europcar stations inside the Terminals of Perth airport are closed, I needed to go to 2 terminals to discover that I should pick up the car directly in the carpark. But after all, I really reccomend the company. Friendly staff and fast service in pick up and drop off.
I left my GPS in the car then I tried to contact. First no one ever answered the phone during the service hours. Then I sent an email to them they said they will give me a reply within 7-14 days. I didn't receive any emails since then. Please people do not rent through this company anymore. You pay a bit more bucks with better company you can get a much better service and insurance for your stuff.
