The staff was very nice and we were able to sort everything out. But to be on the safe side, you shouldn't rely on the internal processes working. If you come from Germany, it is often the case that you arrive internationally but continue your flight domestically. So the car is picked up at one terminal but returned at the other terminal. Then it's better to check whether everything has been taken into account and also document it for later evidence. Because we were then accused in Sydney of not having returned our car and being "overdue" for days. It was two days of stress until everything was sorted out. It's better to save yourself and the Europcar employees this stress. This isn't fun for either side. We then got money back.

Overall a good experience, efficient and friendly staff both at pick up and drop off. The car was perfect for our holiday travels in WA.

Awesome, even though I was given an alternative to the one I chose, got value, convenience and turned out to be better than what I wanted while booking online. I was satisfied with staff and they offered exemplary experience. Perth Airport administration need to put signages around to show exact directions on routes around parking area.

Great drive from Perth to Monkey Mia and back down west coast scenic drive. Vehicle was excellent in every aspect. Sad to give it back!

Had a really poor experience unfortunately - honestly had to wait an hour at the Europcar desk (Perth airport) when we arrived (with grumpy kids off a 5hr flight).

Europcar added $177 when taking the $500 deposit and I asked why and they didn’t know - a computer issue that couldn’t be fixed. Still ended up getting charged an extra $122 for unknown reason and now back home and I just got another invoice.

Just a super confusing experience - nothing in the fine print about extra charges when I pre-paid (I knew about the deposit) the quote and emails showed I had paid everything in full. The man at the desk did upgrade the car as we were keep waiting for so long and because of the computer issues which I did appreciate and the car was clean and in good condition.

I hope Europcar can fix any computer/invoicing issues so their staff at the desk don’t have to deal with frustrated customers.

Very poorly run business. I was charged an extra $30odd for “card processing fee”, which is beyond excessive. This wasn’t explained to me, however “apparently” one of the forms that I was asked to sign in the rush of everything stated it? Funny I haven’t received any copies of these forms nor was I explained it during this process. I’ve spoken to complaints and they have referred me back to the station which is Eurocar Perth, they aren’t willing to waive this fee. You can not charge a customer extra after an agreement then call it a card processing fee.

V easy process. Right there at Perth airport. Probably the easiest pick up/drop off car rental I've ever done. Vehicle better than expected too. Recommended.

Sehr freundliche Bedienung, uns wurde ein Upgrade auf eine höhere Klasse zu sehr guten Konditionen angeboten welches sich im nachhinein für uns sehr positiv ausgewirkt hat.

Desk service was no problem. But insist on a representative accompanying you to the vehicle to assess its condition and point out any features unique to that vehicle.

We rented a car for one week. Picked up the vehicle at the correct time and retured it 10 minutes early - but we received an invoice for an extra day, because they wrote down the wrong return time! We provided sufficient evidence for that but now we are still waiting for the customer service to reply to our emails and refund us the stolen money.

- Update: Fortunately, our insurance got us our money back from Europcar, since the customer service continued to not respond to our mails.

The staff at pick up from Perth Airport was very helpful. He took the effort to get our names right- made it feel respectful and personal. The staff at drop off was very empathetic and allowed us to leave the car when we mistakenly parked at a different car park.
We rented an Isuzu city car which ran like a dream.
Overall wonderful experience. Will definitely use again

Didn’t fit the car seats properly. Guy at the desk did not give a rats. Entirely unhelpful, and rude. I wish I could do zero stars.

If I could leave no stars I would. Avoid at all costs. Ordered everything online with a price guarantee, then told at the airport we would need to pay excess of $500 as it was on a debit card but it would be refunded. We then got a downgraded car and still ended up being more than we were price guaranteed. Raised the issue twice in the branches and told it would be dealt with when the invoice was raised. Invoice didn't show the refunded amount, instead it was for extra insurance they we didn't ask for or need. Absolutely shocking customer service. Some of these reviews show similar issues with poor quality customer service.
