Quite simply the best tacos I’ve ever eaten. Awesome service. The fantastic staff went above and beyond on a super busy night. We will be back!

I feel I have to review this place since my entire party thought it was very poor. There were alsosome pre-booking lies, so pay close attention and stand firm! Food was very bland and repetitive. Maybe the drinks are better, my review is based on their claim they provide Mexican food.

Wonderful restaurant to dine with a great variety of tequila and mescals. Tasting tray highly recommended. Great service and food.

Best Mexican food in Perth, hands down. Food here is always a win! They make awesome drinks too. I would suggest booking ahead of time to make sure you can get a table. They also do uber eats (thank god), so if you want to enjoy it from home I’ll recommend ordering this way too (if you’re in their delivery zone).

A new fresh taste experience far different than Zambero or Salsa (creative and noticeably better tasting my opinion if your not a meat lover). Serving portion is on the lean side but reasonably priced considering the quality is A1 & presentation is on the posh side. Plenty of cocktails at the bar. Not far from other restaurants within walking distance should seating become hectic.

Very good Mexican food - recommend the fish and beef tacos especially. Extensive tequila and mezcal menu for the fans. Service was fine and has a chill ambience.

Great bar/restaurant. Try the share platter to make tacos. One of the best share plates I've had in Perth.

Every time I'm here the service is amazing, food just as amazing and I dream of the Lola cocktail for months after. Thanks El Publico crew, you're all legends.

No denying that the quality of the food and staff were friendly. However I feel it was extremely overpriced and spent $80 and left still hungry. If you got two tacos for the same price I'd be happy however I personally felt that the protion size was tiny. Even the mains were small.

Tasty mexican food. We got the set menu. I was expecting more meat in the taco serving dish as there was only enough for 1 small piece each of each meat (there was pork, chicken, steak & chorizo, all really yummy, I needed more!) and I was sad dessert was peanut butter paletas as I can't eat peanut Everyone else enjoyed theirs though. The guacamole was good and I loved the salsa. The salad was really yummy too.

Pretty trendy little joint to head to if you like Tequila and authentic Mexican food. Gotta rate it for location, value and just it's uniqueness.

By far, one of the best Mexican restaurants in Perth. Great tequila selection and great food! The fried crickets were an interesting addition to the menu, but surprisingly tastey! Not sure I would try again though definitely worth the drive!

Nice place, we went mid week and I believe they did not anticipate how busy it would be so service suffered a little, but food made up for it. Crickets a fun crunchy snack. The chairs are heavy and not that comfortable, could be a strategic. Anyway a pleasant experience

I’m not a fan of beans, so when it comes to Mexican, I’m not always sure. But I didn’t get a single bean in any of the dishes! Really loved it! The staff were nice and friendly too! Will definitely go back.

Had a great night of dinner and drinks here with family and friends. Service was remarkable - the staff were friendly, knowledgeable, approachable, and swift. They were very genuine about wanting us to enjoy our experience, and we certainly did!

The food was extremely good and everyone tried several drinks and cocktails which were all outstanding. The four course set menu was perfect for us, but now we're all dying to go back and try everything else!

Food was lovely, service was great, drinks on point, seating was terrible.they put 7 people into a booth which should seat probably 4 comfortably. Overall a good experience.
Try the crickets they are delicious!

A really nice restaurant.food was great, all freshly prepared and full of flavour. The owner was behind the bar mixing done interesting coctails. If you have a craving for some Mexican food this place is a must! Can't wait to go again!
