74Just called the phone number and the robot told me there's a 99 minute and 1 second wait time to talk to someone. This is what you get for paying $999 for a vacuum cleaner (that doesn't work). I'll let you know whether anyone actually calls back.
I have an old V6 handstick vacuum & it's honestly the best vacuum I've ever owned. Every time I use it I am equal parts amazed & disgusted at how much dirt/dust is sucked up. My warranty ends soon & I've recently had a couple of issues (battery dying, powerhead not spinning). I've had amazing service both in store & over the phone to resolve the problems.
Go into store and you will receive exceptional customer service. DONT ring you will probably
end up in Sydney and be waiting awhile.
What can I say as Dyson fan. Great service, great products, knowledgeable staff, fast repairs on the spot and they akways seem to go above and beyond to make your visit and your Dyson products work to their full potential. Most retailers and manufacturers could take a leaf out of the Dyson how to run a business book.
A great service centre for your Dyson. They do an amazing job and your machine will be as new. Staff are helpful and friendly. They don't judge you even if your machine is really manky.
Very disappointed with Dyson Customer service especially after waiting over TWO hours for a call back, I find it very frustrating that you cannot telephone the Dyson shop in your area! I have been waiting for a new battery for over two weeks and still no one can tell me when it’s available! Totally ridiculous supposed to be a big company, but do not follow through after being promised delivery.
After driving for 35 minutes to take machine for service and told it also needed a new motor, paying for the both service and new motor before they would undertake any work, driving 35 minutes to pick up the machine now has a blockage and IT DOES NOT WORK AT ALL! Now have to send it back again!
Very nice people. I was going to fix my vacuum myself, but they charge 1/4th the price for the part of what they charge online. Very kind people, inexpensive repair and they will explain why whatever happened.
Not impressed to find can’t get replacement parts for our upright Dyson, we need a new belt only and they don’t do them anymore, they stopped selling parts on our model in 2011, never again will I buy Dyson, not good form.

What is with a wait time of 30-60 minutes? Dyson constantly advertise themselves as leaders in their field but they certainly don't meet that target when it comes to meeting the needs of their customers when they need assistance. How ridiculous to expect people to wait such a long time to get some assistance. I love my vacumn cleaner but the services is lousy!
Now 5.10pm Friday afternoon and I assume your staff have gone home yet I'm still on the phone on hold! I have to wait for nearly an hour & 1/2 to speak to someone in the Perth office.are you serious?
I can not believe that you can not call the Dyson store in osborne park i am not waiting 70 mins to speak to someone.
Very friendly services provided by the Dyson staff in this service centre on 14 July 2018. I did not recognise Dyson provide the service in Perth. Strongly recommend.
