Dyson will not sell me an easily replaceable spare part, claiming it must be fitted by their technician. Luckily the part is available on ebay.
Interesting, classed as walk in service, that translated in my mind to fix it while you wait, got that wrong, couple of days.
Oh and very expensive, fixed it fee.
Super efficient. Went in to order a replacement battery. Was out within 2 minutes. Nice and speedy service
The Dyson Service Centre Perth has the honour of giving the rudest customer service I have ever received in my life. It was best described as hot mess, inside a dumpster fire, inside a train wreck.
The product itself is fantastic however and phone and chat teams are great to deal with. If you can communicate with them instead and avoid going into the store I would highly recommend it.
Very professional and great customer service. On demand repair while you wait. The store could use with chairs for those who do wait but overall very satisfying

I got to speak to someone within a minute, and after going through some trouble shooting it was discovered that I had a defunct battery, now I being sent a new battery FREE of charge (fully happy and expecting to pay for it, we have owned it for a few years) and delivery. What a pleasure it was dealing with Dyson, super professional and friendly. Once again thank you. Happy and satisfied customer

1 took 2 vacs into the store. Cordless not working plug in not working properly. Both out of warranty. Fixed both in 10 mins, no charge. Completely destroyed my preconceptions Thank you Dyson people

Great experience yesterday at the centre. Cordless V10 vacuum stopped working and the service centre had it fixed within 5 minutes. It was out of manufacturer warranty, but there was still no charge. The staff were helpful and knowledgeable:)
The service staff do nothing but argue when we explained our issues. They also neglected to advise us that we could have returned the item within 45 days for a full refund until this timeframe had passed. Very disappointed.
Good, Quick and helpful service. However no direct phone number. Service call centre asked for mobile access to my phone camera. I feel this is an invasion of my privacy due to not having access to the serial number
A third Dyson vacumncleaner having given our last one to our daughter and son in law. Great products and very helpful staff. Would not go anywhere else
No satisfaction in relation to a screw which snapped off while fitting the new battery. Advised the vacuum cleaner would have to be broken open to get the broken screw out. Here's hoping the machine is strong enough with just 2 screws.
My Dyson V7 battery failed just weeks before the 2 year warranty expired. They had none in stock and ordered a replacement. Two days later I receive a notification that it is ready to collect at the Post Office.
The staff was busy when I arrived but focussed on each customer in turn and were helpful, professional and knowledgeable
