Very disappointing service. Called 2ce to speak to support on the number stated for the service centre perth, both times they kept me waiting for over 13 minutes and the second time recieved the call, but spoke on loud speaker from a distance and when I told them I couldn’t hear and requested them to come closer to the mouth piece, the man hung up on me. A customer surely shouldn’t be firstly kept on hold for so long, secondly spoken to from a distance on loudspeaker and thirdly hung up on instead of helping out!
Busy but quick with service, excellent shop to have your dyson looked at.service assistants very polite and know what they aare doing
The trigger went on our v10. It was 2 weeks past warranty expire.called and service was great. They fixed on the spot no questions asked and replaced a large part of unit so like new!
I went in on Saturday to Dyson Osborne Park and the two ladies, Angie and Kaye, were an absolute delight. Angie was extremely helpful and very knowledgeable of the Dyson products. Both ladies were happy and bubbly which is so refreshing! Would definitely recommend Dyson Perth Service team to anyone:)
We went down to get our vacuum serviced. We received excellent customer service by the staff. The service was done on the spot within 15 minutes without hassle!

Great efficient service. Was able to get my battery replaced on the day with minimal wait time.
Took vacuum in as it was heating up, lady told me it was the top filter as it hadn’t been cleaned ever (this was true) she told me you just need to wash it out under a hose till water runs clear -simple
She goes out the back and replaces my filter with another and charges me $60!
I even comment on fact that new filter doesn’t look new as I can see dirty marks inside.
After leaving store I ring Dyson to say I want number for store as I want my old filter back, if it is as simple as just washing it under garden hose I will keep as a spare, NO, they ‘recycle’ old ones and sell them back to you as new!
I should have been given that option, what a rip off!

Totally awesome experience. I had originally purchased my small Dyson 2 years ago from the good Guys and did not realize they do not register it which meant the warranty is not really valid. I know I needed the battery replacement and was more than happy to pay. To my surprise, Dyson regrested my device in store, replaced the battery and gave it a quick clean. I went to pay and was told there was no charge. One very happy customer here and am considering purchase of the upgrade.
I ordered an attachment for my Dyson DC54. The part was cheapest to order through Dyson and shipping was free and very fast service. I am so happy with my vacuum and the service. Thank you
Took my year old Dyson in as it had fallen off bench and chipped a piece off machine. It wasn’t charging properly. The broken part was replaced, another part not functioning (I didn’t even know it existed!) also replaced. The guy ran through a few tips and gave me a new filter. No charge and very friendly people. Great service thanks so much

Brilliant service! Greeted with a happy face and problem dealt with without cost. Will definitely be going back there with any problems.
Service was fine but an expensive Dyson vacuum I bought 8 years ago is already “not supported” so they don’t have any parts and can’t fix a small problem. Won’t buy Dyson again. I can’t spend $600 and not be able to service it!

They also informed me what i did wrong when cleaning the unit.

Great visit to Dyson, Osborne Park, today, battery replaced on my Animal Handheld still under warranty so no charge. Great friendly staff, who kept my 6 month old son happy with lots of chuckles. Keep it up.
Supplied a new battery for my machine for free even though I was just out of warranty and offered to fit it for me as well - great service. Only downside is that there is no number to call the store directly so I had to physically visit to find out if my new battery had arrived after not hearing back from them but overall a great outcome!
