74I just got to shop with Dyson head not working. I was amazed by their kind service. The Person who attended me took the details Checked machine and came back with a New motorised head saying.couple of months out of warranty.but happy to replace. And all these with no charge. All in 5 minutes.what a service. God bless.really appreciate.

They won't answer the 1800 number, which goes to Dyson's head office.
It's very inconvient, but once there the ladies know their stuff, and are VERY knowledgeable.
I would've given five stars, but for not being able to call them directly is perplexing.
The ladies at Dyson are incredible.

My Dyson V11 hand trigger was faulty, I brought it to Dyson Service Centre in Osborne Park. They repaired straightaway for me at no charge. I am very happy with the service provided.
I had an issue with V11 and it was just out of warranty. Dyson fixed it with no questions asked. Excellent service.
Went to the Dyson service centre and the staff were so helpful my handheld didn't charge but the lady said it was about a week out of warranty but as a jester of good will, she changed it. What great service and Dyson now have me as a permanent client great service. Thank you, Peter Phur

Took my Dyson V11 to the service centre after calling Dyson Australia first. They booked me in to get my Dyson fixed-an issue with the trigger. Was told on the phone that I would need to leave my Dyson at the service centre and collect it 5-7 days later. Half an hour later I was walking out of the service centre with my Dyson fixed and no charge, even though it was about 6 months past the warranty period. Great customer service from the staff. Thanks very much!
I took the (old) Dyson vacuum cleaner in for a repair just before Christmas holiday, as it had stopped working unexpectedly.
I arrived at about 9.00am and they repaired it and ready for pick up same day.
Brilliant service with a smile and best of all time, no charge!
Dyson vacuum cleaners are very good. I can't wait 30 to 50 minutes to speak with a service assistant, so I gave up.
Very happy with the excellent and friendly service! But when getting home I realised the filter of the vacuum cleaner was missing. Is it still at the shop? If it is, plse send me a txt and I will come over to pick it up. Thanks:)
Rang Osborne Park store after spare parts for a Dyson Dc 41 animal, after getting through to someone it took him ages to say i can't find that model, I found it on the Dyson website, makes you wonder about the training of the salesstaff I'll find what I want on e-Bay or similar, terrible service
Rang up and spoke with one of the staff. Very helpful. She guided me how to fix the filtro issue via the phone saving me a trip to Osbourne park!
The lady that serves me very polite solve the problem within 2 to 3 minutes fix the problem no charge a job well done thank you very much
The service and assistance was excellent. I would get another Dyson product on these things alone.
We received excellent service when our upright dyson lost suction. Took it in under warranty and they looked at it, replaced a part, called us after a couple of hours and had it back that afternoon good as new.

Poor service, machine held for 5 weeks, still not received back, they don't return phone calls even though promised, there seems to be very little repair parts in stock. This appraisal also relates to retailer, "Good Guys" also not returning phone calls. Dyson may be a good machine but after sales service needs serious attention.
