61I have been going for 3 years, recently they have missed items, changed items and I have left feedback, to no reply. I ordered 2 times a week for this time. This week I had enough and called when they again left sauce I had paid for off a pizza. Was given a credit by supervisor who was great. Tonight my partner called and ordered a BBQ ML with p/apple and hollandaise, it came with neither and was actually a BBQ sausage pizza? I rang and complained and was accused of lying, repeating the order back to me, which of course was wrong. Alex the owner then said he would make another for me but I had to pick it up! Sorry champ, a credit for a delivered pizza is just that! Best of luck treating long time return customers like this, you have lost my business and no attempt at any freebies will get me back. People just want what they pay for!
