Never eating there
Only good thing is they gave me my money back, after complaing

Even with the photo check they have, it is all on the staff that day. When busy or wrong staff don't expect topping to be up to standard. Plus don't know how they do it maybe conveyor through oven has two speeds but on bad day base may not be fully cooked.
About 85 percent of time good other 15 you may wish you went elsewhere. Do look out for discount vouchers from other sites Makes you feel better if Domino cooking on a bad day

This is one of the best domino's i have been to in for ever. They have amazing time management and are super efficient and friendly especially Jade.who helped me select the best pizza for me. Thank you so much!

If you want the person delivering to you to hand the food recklessly, not say a single word to you, and not even smile, this is probably one of the best stores if you’re looking for that.

Ordered vegetarian pizza and choc lava puff roll. There was meat on vegetarian pizza. I called the store and he asked me to come back to pick new pizza but i refused. Then he agreed to deliver after 30 mins. Choc lava puff was half cooked. What a waste of money.

Delivery was 20 minutes late and when we called we had to hold the line several times as the girl was so incompetent and had to ask her manager for everything. I finally told her to put him on the line and demanded a refund. Takes 7 days to refund what a joke but payment is taken within seconds.
The pizza arrived in the end but was sloppy and tasted horrible but what you expect from this shop. Had dominos before from Balcatta which is a million times better.

Every single time without fail, Dominos Pizza Ellenbrook get the order wrong I ordered 3 pizzas only to receive 2?
When we ordered through their app they still get it wrong, even home delivery they get it wrong.
They amaze me how they’re still in business.

This store seems to be very hit and miss. Sometimes they're good, sometimes they're not nice at all which is always disappointing because you just want your dinner!

Ordered four pizzas last night, two were good. The other two.pineapple on one where it said quite clearly on the docket to remove. The other one seemed almost raw. It was a thin base but the edges were burnt and the middle was basically raw. It was not a good pizza and I ended up throwing three quarters of it in the bin. Very disappointing.

Ordered online so I wouldn’t have to wait. Got a text saying order would be ready at 6.31pm. It wasn’t ready until 7.23pm. Never again.

I don't often eat from Dominos, and I was recently reminded why. I ordered 2x gluten free pizzas, was charged $40, and watched them use all the same equipment to prepare, cook and slice my pizzas. The whole process took 20 minutes. When presented with my (tiny) pizzas I told the store manager there was a reason people order gluten free, explaining what I'd seen. He offered to make fresh pizzas with a wait time of a further 10 minutes. I got a refund instead.

EDIT: in response to my review above I was contacted by the owner (below) and asked to contact via a live chat feedback, which I did a week ago. I'm yet to receive a response.

There were 10 staff that I could see. I waited in the premises for 15 mins even after my pizza was ready on the screen for 10 minutes but no had the courtesy to come and ask what I was waiting for.not going back.

Get a $3 pizza from Woolies and you will have more toppings. My supreme pizza is pretty much a cheese pizza.

Great place, great food I enjoy eating the pizza. Staff are extremely friendly and always on task ie - Connor. Connor deserves a pay raise.

Ordered a margarita and a ham n cheese came out top notch and she provided the best service ive seen from that place in a long time. She deserves a raise.

Order a few pizza's and the pizzas were not delivered had to chase up order had to reorder and said i would pick up
Went to pick up said pizzas
Pizzas had been sent out ten minutes before i got there
In the end got my pizza's two hours later.

Nice pizza place. Opens at 11 AM. I have twice waited outside for them to open because I have been there earlier than 11 AM. Front packing is shared for 3 or 4 cars but there is packing at the back.

Really Bad attitude even after delivering at wrong place, these people can’t even believe that they’ve delivered at wrong place,

Pizza was ok but my drink which should have come with the order was forgotten and after I rang the store, the drink arrived 45 minutes later.

The doughnuts are very bland and oily. The garlic bread is delicious. I love the $5 pizza before 5 value I think it’s great. The food is overall okay and average
