Domino's Pizza Ellenbrook

Got a Supreme tasted horrible, had worst toppings aswell. Not gonna try again. Rather get from get from Pizzahut.

Bought a peppy panner pizza. When got home there were only a few little panner topping.there were no paneer on several slices

Food was horrible and didn't get what I wanted on my order and was not offered an alternative before he got here. Food was overcooked like it had been thrown in the microwave won't be ordering again

I used to work here this took the best years of my life and will result in dominoes getting a personal mention several of thier employees suicide note you deserve to rot in hell

I saw a chicken eating a banana on thursday last month.it has nothing to do with dominos but oh well

There is no any menu with prices for their products. Customers can't see prices at the time of placing orders.
Are you a luxury restaurant in a 5-star hotel with a priceless menu, which still is a stupid idea. Or don't you want to re-print menus when increasing prices?
Is not acceptable at all, Sorry, 1 star.

All ways busy, (small shop) pizza is always hot, young girl that served us was under the pump, but still happy & friendly! (think her name was Ruby).

Appalling in house service, was not acknowledged by any 1 of the 4 staff in the store even after standing there for over 5 minutes! Very poor customer service skills. If I hadn't already placed my order on my phone and been waiting for our food I would not have bothered ordering in store.

So rude to me when I went to pick up my order they say order bit earlier I order when I finish my work they say it’s too late if it’s too late don’t make it just call customer and say you guys can not make it never eat here again

I ordered Domino’s due to a promotion on the triple choc brownie - I wanted to try it. Placed my order and it took 2 hours to arrive and when it did the order was wrong - no brownie! So disappointed

I am not sure about others' experience but when I visited this place the first time the staff was not behave friendly with me. They act like they own the world. Even I couldn't find the good parking spot easily.

Finishing on this pizza is disgusting

$29.76 for a $5 pizza you have to be kidding.
Oh well no more money from me Domino's your greed has lost you a life long customer.

I have a free pizza voucher due to the lack of good business but the voucher can only be used on a delivery pizza which I will have to cover the delivery cost which can be more than the pizza offered if I could give you negative stars I would

The pizzas were almost inedible, the topping was sparse and the dough was under cooked. There was meat product on my cheese only pizza?

The Worst pizza I have ever seen in my whole life! And that's no exaggeration! We ordered some of the valued pizza last night and they came as barely any cheese on them mainly pizza sauce which was very sour as well! Where is the standard gone? ! Just to clarify- this is not the first time that I've noticed that domino's barely put toppings, but this one was the worst! Don't go there people!

Been having dominoes for years and years but I Wish I could give 0 stars, we found 4 hairs in the pizza called and asked to speak to the manager on duty and told them and they asked if they can pick up the pizza so they can examine it themselves as their staff wear hair nets. I felt like I was being told I’m making this up. Why would I make up finding hairs in my pizza? The other pizzas my family did not want to eat as they didn’t want to risk getting sick. With the way we were spoken to we don’t want to order from this dominoes again. Agreeing with the other review go anywhere else for your pizza. Especially in Ellenbrook we have multiple amazing establishments to get pizza from. Adding in that the manager has only negative feedback from multiple people, this man should not be in charge! The poor staff. The driver that came was lovely and I would love to give her a job and get her away from that negative place.

I shall add on thanks for the generic response, I did call and speak to the manager but he only wanted to give me a $17 refund, whereas when the lovely girl came she said our whole meal should of been refunded. So you see I did call and did not just leave this review without trying to get some compensation. Thanks for nothing

Good food just don't hire new guys only hire experienced guys my mum was charged twice she paid online and ended up paying again in store

Usually no issues with this place but ordered here tonight and it took them 20 minutes to make one pizza, I was told (by who I presume to be the manager) that it would be ready in time for me to catch my bus in 17 minutes. My pizza was ready 3 minutes before my bus was to arrive and rather than boxing it up straight away and giving it to me, the lady boxing it up (who wasn’t wearing gloves and was chewing gum) was taking her time and having a laugh because she flipped one of the pizzas in half on accident.as mine was next to be boxed up she took out her mobile phone for a bit to do god knows what, and as a result I missed my bus and had to catch an Uber (which is 13x more expensive). I refused to make an issue out of it in the restaurant because the manager is always great and I don’t want him to have to deal with it, but I won’t be ordering from here again in the future

Terrible pizza's, 80% of the time there's something wrong. Once forgot 2 whole pizza's, went back in to get them made and they forgot. AGAIN.

Management just as bad and clearly don't care about their customers. Try to call up about order being incorrect, no answer. Make a complaint about the pizza's through their online complaint section and get a generic response from dominos ellenbrook about how in the future to call and let them know. Not one attempt to rectify the issue, just a 'well maybe next time call us'.

I did try to call, every other store seems to take their customer complaints seriously. This store in particular can never get anything correct or try to fix issues for their customers. Actually just over this store.

Would recommend going to Pizza hut- at least the staff there know how to treat customers and when there's an issue they fix it for you and usually throw in a free garlic bread or coupon.

(OH and what do you know, the same exact copy and paste generic response to this review as what i got in my email. Maybe management should learn some genuine customer service skills)

I had some problems with my door dash order and ended up waiting an hour for the order. I decided I would call just to see if maybe something went wrong. I spoke to the manager (Jamie), he was very helpful and a top bloke, it was no one's fault just the systems. He even called back to let me know what was happening and when the pizza will arrive, thankyou for putting in so much effort definitely deserve a pay raise and recognition
