Domino's Pizza Ellenbrook

Worst pizza I have ever had! Won’t be coming back ever again and customer service was the worst. Won’t recommend it at all!

The pizza was missing half it's toppings.and was burnt. Think they were taking the piss out of us. Absolutely disgraceful.

This is the best Domino's Pizza shop I've tried, the pizza's are yummy and really tasty I can't fault them.

We have enjoyed the Pizzas normally at Ellenbrook Domino's, but lst nights delivered Pizzas were the worst for some reason. A shame as we have family for the wknd & wrecommended it

This store obviously finds "sides" difficult. Tonight was the second time in as many months where we've ordered buttermilk Chicken Kickers and got the hot ones.

It's not about the money because someone in the house always eats them. It's about the fact that I don't get my dinner because you don't give us what we order!

I'm honestly wondering whether I'll even bother next time.

We quite often get reasonably good pizza from here, and I've only had one problem with the staff, the rest of the time the staff are friendly and polite.

Ordered pizzas, pepsi and garlic bread and paid $48. Delivery guy was so late. Waited more than an hour. Then he didn’t bring pepsi and garlic bread. He said he will get someone from store to bring garlic bread and drink. After waiting 20 minutes again, he called on phone he couldn’t come, so they will email some discounts, haven’t received anything yet. Disgusting.

Was going to charge $34 for delivery. The phone conversation was not focused on my order and that is why when we picked it up it was wrong. They seemed more interested in the social aspect not customers.

Useless staff and management, ordered online to get here and be told our order isn’t ready yet, 20 mins later go up to the desk and speak to the manager who tells us he doesn’t have an order for our name and shrugs his shoulders. We then re ordered paid more in store than what the online order said, will not waste time or money here again.

No matter what the owners/stakeholders try to come back with to justify the expensive prices versus the not fit for a dog to eat quality all you have to do is scroll through all of these reviews and see that the amount of one and two star reviews are the majority! Think about it Ask yourself do i really want to eat food that has consistently been given poor quality ratings? I dont!

We spoke to a lovely girl called Maddison. Her service was fantastic and the food delivery was on point. Hot pizza the way it should be!

We use to always order from dominos everytime we feel like pizza however lately the pizzas we collect are not up to standards.have been disappointing of late!

Taste is not always the same. There were no oregano on the Pizza even when asked to put extra oregano on the Pizza. They are not consistent with their taste. Very disappointing.

I've had no issues, ordered on very busy times, during 7-9pm and order is always correct despite being complex and often wrong at other Domino's.

Great staff served by a gentleman with turban has a great attitude other staff also good.

Pizza was fine but the thick shake was clearly made a year ago.frozen solid in the cup and shrunk. I’ll drink it when i next order pizza.in a year

On the wall says " no wait no fuss" whatever! I just waited 6 mins for a thickshack. With 3 ppl working and not busy.

Had a voucher for a free pizza coupon didnt work and spoke to one for the girls working there advised and her response was oh well not my problem spoke to alex he as per what i expected blamed dominos them self.

Delivered wrong pizza, then the manager went off at my mum, the old lady, when she called up regarding it. This sort of behavior and service is terrible. Hope no1 ever support or uses this bussiness again.
Eventually offered a free one for next time, refused to fix thier mistake this time, thanks for pissing my family of on my birthday mr manager person. Sit and swivel.

The 'ordering' part went well. The delivery driver however took the scenic tour with several stops and the end result was luke warm and soggy. Not the usual standard.
