Worst Place to go to sit/resit your PDA (PLEASE DO NOT GO HERE) I have faced a over slightly rude assessor, and started making me feel quite uncomfortable. They just want your money, don't bother arguing because it ain't worth it

Didn't get out of the car park and been told can't take the test on trivial stuff by an Indian fellow. Do not take your PDA test here, just looking to take money!

The staff members in the office are lovely, really great service experience there. Wait times are long however that’s what’s expected from any busy place. Although the driving assessors there I find are rude, ignorant and give you directions to try and make you fail. I wouldn’t do my PDA here again, but I would come back for other reasons.

The worst experience. They made me come back multiple times because of their mistake. They weren't even apologetic. The staff I had to speak the last was absolutely rude. I find this place utterly useless. They completely wasted my time.

Went in to renew my driver license, waited for almost an hour to get a picture and signature redone. Took multiple picture and finally got it done. 8 working days later, received another letter requesting for it to be redone again.payment went in a snap though.

The level of professionalism displayed by the instructors is concerning. Would recommend obtaining you drivers licence from another source.

Paid for a new licence and had a photo taken, all I got sent in the mail was a sticker with a new address to put on my existing licence. Beyond useless.

Waited no longer than 10mins for service, lady was helpful, friendly and sorted out the enquiry fast.

If I could give them 0 stars I would - this centre doesn't even deserve 1 star. It took me 4 tries to pass my PDA at this joke of a licensing centre. I was failed for things such as "waiting too long at an intersection" and "not checking my rear view frequently enough". These were stupid excuses to get more money out of me and I urge anyone ready to take their PDA: DO NOT GO TO THIS CENTRE! You'll thank me later.

I had travelled a very long way to pick up a car I bought in Perth. I had a few registration hiccups and no real resources to easily solve them but being looked after by Ryan was a breeze and inside of dismissing me he actually helped problem solve and I walked out of there with my rego sorted. Thank you Ryan!

Extremely rude arrogant staff, they gave two people the same number and said it’s not their problem. They’ve not heard of customer service. Very disappointed with this experience.

I just went there this morning at opening time. In and out in 5 minutes. Not a problem at all. The lady serving me was very polite and helpful.
