Its look like none of staff member happy in this place, most of the time theres more workers than people waiting queue but you still have to wait long time to get served

I went in on Christmas Eve and only spent about 5 minutes waiting in the air-con. No complaints from me, staff were friendly and helpful.

After paying, she repeated the charges without checking it. At that time, the staff was teaching the subordinates that she asked me to answer the questions. After the staff helped me with the refund, I waited for 3 days and did not receive the refund until now.useless.please don't go everyone

The lines are worse than Centrelink. These centres make their huge profits at the expense of providing basic customer service

Closes at 4pm and not open on the weekends had to wait over an hour before my ticket number was called, need to employ more workers and faster service horrible experience

I find it enjoyable. One of the quickest turn overs compared to other DVS. Best customer service and comfortable seats.

Bad Customer service. Wasted my two ours there.
Staff seems unhelpful especially counter no. 15.

I will never return to this place again.

Joondalup is much better than this.

A warning to anyone doing a theory test you need to get there before 3: 45. I went in todo the Hr test (your only allowed 15min to complete it) and was told i had to get there 45min before closing to allow enough time todo the test. Try and figure that out. Staff are pretty rude

Went into hand plates in. Couldn't breath, had an allergic reaction to a chemical smell in the office.was really stuggling.lady took plates off me and told me to leave the office! Lucky there was Appolo Health next door or I could have died! Thanks for all your help DOT NOT.

Very poor service. Even they don’t behave their costumers politely. Specially the old ladies staffs.
