71Good food, reasonable price, friendly staff and nice environment. The sweet scones are excellent - fluffy and light and the cream and jam are amazing. The beetroot and feta quiche was very good as well. Finally I found a very simple and nice iced chocolate!:) happy customer.
The Cottage Tea Rooms is a quaint and quirky Swan Valley venue. It is economical with excellent food, either inside or outside dining.
Absolutely fantastic way to spend an afternoon in the Swan Valley & enjoy a hot cuppa. Definitely recommend this place. Great to take interstate relatives when they venture to WA.
Our first visit to Cottage Tea Rooms. Items on the shelves & walls are available for purchase. We had the high tea. The food was pretty good & the pastry shell for the quiche & crumble was 1 of the best I've ever had. The outdoor seating will be perfect on a cooler day.

Absolutely gorgeous little old fashioned tearooms in amongst all the hype of the Swan Valley. Seperate rooms if you wish to book for a special occasion or sit outside under the trees. Just a nice place to relax with a cuppa.
Lovely garden to sit in. Lots of shade if you need it. Old worlde inside. Lovely staff too. And they make a nice sandwich.
Gorgeous! Quaint little cottage, a wide range of teas (herbal, black flavored etc), coffees and other drinks. I had a beetroot/feta and walnut quiche with salad and coleslaw which was heavenly! Sweet scones, savoury scones and cakes to drool about. Staff were very pleasant. Will definitely make that a meeting place for my friends and I.
