Cottage Tea Rooms

I presume that the the tea rooms has new owners. Loved coming here for a decent pot of tea and home made goodies. Unfortunately, yesterday, the pot of tea had shrunk to one holding one cup of tea and the cake was disappointing.

Me and my fiancé ordered bacon waffles today. I found a piece of smth hard in my dish and almost broke my tooth. Besides the taste was awful. Waste of money. So disappointed. Girl who brought me coffee split it all over the plate and said she will be back to clean but she never did. Our table was dirty as well. Message to the owners: please take care of your place. It’s nice and beautiful but needs more work.

This was utterly charming. Good old fashioned service, homemade cakes, scrumptious. You can't beat their Lemon Meringue, I will definitely be back. Recommended.

Great selection and prices and the tea rooms are an absolute delight full of amazing crafts for sale and a feast for the eyes!

Good staff, friendly, scones were fluffy and jam was delish! Only downfall was no clotted cream. Good brew of coffee

Delicious, fresh date scones with real double cream and yummy jam. Pot of tea with leaves - perfect. Friendly, chatty staff and very cute decor. A must visit.

Very good little cafe. Rustic (which means they just let it get old without any upgrades) and relaxed, but it works well. Sitting outside in the afternoon with a breeze is very good. Pet friendly as well.

Great lunch. Clean. Airconditioning works. Signage to fine place needs to be better. Staff are real people and nice. Chairs and tables are comfortable. Very little background noise. Good place to take wife.

Just had a shared curried egg and salad sandwich along with two scones with cream, jam and lemon curd. Omgoodness best scones ever, they were absolutely delicious, condiments were equally delicious. The sandwich was fresh and so tasty. Coffee was superb. Atmosphere was lovely and the setting was beautiful. Highly recommend calling in. We will definitely be putting this little gem on our favourites list?

Lovely place to relax and enjoy the views and shade with your people or dogs.
Food is nice and scones are always tasty.
Lots of places nearby to investigate also.

I did not enjoy the scones, had bacon and cheese scone, could see nor taste bacon or cheese.service good love the decor

First time being here and I tell you they have some of the worst service I have ever received in my life! The two old ladies at the till are extremely rude and act like they don't want you in there.
One of the ladys tried withholding my refund from me because I was not satisfied with her service and waiting time. (Waited 30min for a coffee and hot chocolate before i went to ask for a refund, mind you the barista was not busy) had not supplied any service or good to me at this time so I demanded a refund which i did receive eventually in cash because no one knew how to use the machine.
At this point and I just wanted to leave.

Also this place is filthy! Dust so thick the white paint was dark gray.the window seals had dead bugs and cobwebs all throughout them. Disgusting environment and service, we will not be returning.

Great spot! Brought our dog with us and easily got seating out front for 7 people. Delicious coffee and scones! Bought some jam to take home with me and it is so tasty. We will be back!

Beautiful little boutique restaurant. Staff are amazing and the food is to die for. Specially the carrot cake. Love how they kept the charm of the property. We ordered the pulled pork pie with salad and the Chicken Avocado and sundries tomato sandwiches.

Very lovely place, a nice chill vibe. The food was great quality, little bite sized pieces, $35 a person for high tea with endless tea or 2 coffees option per person

I came at 3.30pm for a hot chocolate, the lady answered me last order at 3.30. But the openings hours are until 4pm. So disappointing

A lovely place for a cuppa and a scone. You can sit inside, or outside under the shade of a large tree. Food was delicious and they have gluten free scones too which was a big plus for us.

Beautiful little cafe with amazing scones. Very shabby chic style and also sells little nice knacks and home decor items. Really friendly staff. Lost a star because both times we have been there the aircon has been on high and it has been freezing.
