Canning Bridge 7 Day Medical Centre

Saw the doctor an hour after my appointment time. I have the courtesy to turn up to my appointment ontime, in fact, before time. Why is it so difficult for you to be on time? This happens every visit so I've moved to a more professional medical centre.

If you don't want to wait at least one hour long waiting time for a doctor try to avoid at any cost. They should hire more doctors than receptionists.

You guys really need to something about you wait times, or at least just imform us how long it's actually going to be. So irritating.

Long wait times I had appointment arrived 20 minutes early I was still waiting 25 mins after my appointment time when to reception and was told there running late and the Dr still had 2 more patients to see before me so I could have been waiting for about 1 hr 30 mins before the Dr could see me as a patient just went in then another 2 before me I just said I will have to forget about my appointment and left I understand some appointments can take longer but they are just let me sit there no one said anything so angry I think they just book a pt for a 15 Min consultation but if they take longer throws it all of course if this is an on going issue as I've read other reviews reception should book pts 20 minutes apart an consider other people waiting it seems book as many as they can to make money I won't be going back there again as I've read other pts are doing the same thing

I had a very terrible experience with their Dr Afrina Khan. There were some medical terminologies I’m not familiar with, so I asked her to explained it a bit more or use simple words to describe. Bust she just said my English is bad with an unfriendly tone and refuse to explain. Just asked me to leave. I waited more than 20 mins but only had 3mins consultation and it cost me 80 dollars.
Will never come back.

I have seen Dr Namdar for many years and she is an outstanding doctor. I would highly recommend her and the practice generally. This year she literally saved my life and I am so grateful. She is compassionate, kind and incredibly thorough. The support staff and nurses are professional and friendly.

Changed GP and had to incur $30 for Reynolds Road to release my medical records.

After a few weeks of consultation and medical tests they couldn’t find out what was wrong with me. Changed GP and got a solution to my problem on my first visit.

Some of the reception staff could improve on there people skills.

Highly recommended Dr Manal Hussain in the skin clinic. I had a procedure done by Dr Manal Hussain, she explained every step as she went along, she was extremely pleasant and reassuring as I was a little nervous.

The practice was exceptionally clean with helpful staff behind the desk although my experience was completely ruined by Dr Hwee Kim Toh. She was extremely rude, unprofessional and inconsiderate. Dr Toh showed no compassion what so ever whilst talking about a mental health issue and just to top it off, she thought it would suitable to laugh before I even left the room. By far the worst doctor I have ever seen. AVOID!

The doctors are so good and very friendly too.i've been with Dr. Toh and Dr. Lo for more than a week now for my daily dressing change and they're very awesome:) the nurses too, i'm very comfortable with them especially Ting and Joan.they're very lovely <3 and the receptionists, they're very accommodating especially when i need to book my daily appointments.funny coz every time i come in, they already know me.love their sweet smiles and greetings especially Mel, she always helps me with my appointment bookings:) she's very sweet.

I went there today to change my dressing and im really in pain because i just had the surgery yesterday.the Doctors are so lovely even the nurses but the receptionists are a bit rude especially the tall Asian girl with a long hair.if you asked her or something, she's not accommodating at all, instead she's a bit snobby and rude.i like Astrid, she's very sweet but she's not there today. When she's on, i really wait until she's free rather than dealing with the other girls. I am a receptionist too, and receptionist should be more accommodating especially most of the patients who goes there are not feeling well or in pain, just like me.just saying

An excellent practice. Lovely team of doctors. Dr Manal Hussain is a wonderful, caring + very understanding doctor. All the reception staff are very nice + helpful. The whole centre provides excellent services.

Lovely doctors but avoid the Asian receptionist. She seems annoyed by patients even though it's her job to look after them. Go figure.

I've taken my 6 months old baby to the clinic for a skin rash on her head. A swab was taken for test and the doctor was so negligent in ignoring the PENCILLIN resistance the bacterial infection my baby had. It was clearly mentioned in the report, yet the doctor has given PENCILLIN as treatment. My baby has suffered for a whole week, rash spreaded vigorously until I decided to meet another doctor. He explained how the wrong medication caused the infection to flare up.
Would never see this place again.

Not one to write reviews but was struck by the wonderful service from one of the receptionists, I think her name was Sarah or something starting with S. Had an accent. Took the time to answer my questions as a new patient and pointed me in the right direction. Left feeling really good, service from doctor and administration was 10/10.

The centre provides excellent service. I’ve had a very good experience with Dr. Neda and she is a wonderful and caring doctor.

Very slow service, waited almost an hour for the appointment and there was still one more patient before me.

Dr Afrina Khan saved my life. Quick and efficient service over all By the admin staff. Best Gp I’ve been to.

Waited a long time, the service was poor and most importantly was not bulk billed when I was told I would be. Absolute joke. Will never return here and will make sure that no one I know does either

Been waiting for my appointment for 1.5 hr and still waiting. Instead of apology at the reception got cold answer “you are next” and nothing more! This is the first time though at this centre. Think depends on the doctor you need to see. This one (Pillay) is taking half hour to see one patient! Those 3 patient was my 1.5 hrs waiting!
