She is so unprofessional and very inappropriate. I came into Reynolds Road 7 Day Medical Centre due to a personal medical issue. She told me she would "Have a look" which meant an unconsensual pap smear. She did not ask myself or my mum whether she could perform this on me. She advised me it "Shouldn't hurt", which I followed with "Well it is! ". She continued. I later on visited Dr Kim Toe due to the same issue and she said a pap smear is not needed at all and we handled it accordingly without one. Dr Neda Namdar has genuinely traumatised me. I will never be returning to her, I believe she should not have a role like this, if she is unconsensually performing procedures on her patients, which are also irrelevant to the medical issue.

I had a fantastic consult with Dr Afrina Khan. My first time seeing her and she was wonderful. Extremely kind and caring, took her time to listen to my concerns. Will definitely be booking with Dr Khan again!

Do not go here. It is a waste of time and money. Dr Afrina Khan is rude and not helpful and her actual words were you need to book other doctor can’t help you

Had an issue with my appointment, told to contact the manager by email, never got a response. Called again "we'll have the manager to have a look and respond". No response again. Not sure they actually care

Don’t waste your money by visiting this place, they have charged me $85 for 5 min consultation. Disgusting.

I received a follow up call today on the results of a blood test.
Doctor Corbett rang me personally to pass on the good news of a return to a normal reading and advised no follow up appointment was required.
Doctor Corbett also checked in on my welfare.
A 2 minute call proved to be the highlight of my day.
Thank you Dr Corbett and Reynolds’s Road medical center for the great service provided.

It’s a good place but has been super slow with appointments. I entered the docs room after 25 mins from my appointment time.

A wonderful Family Doctor, highly knowledgeable medical expert, lovely personality and always a pleasure to meet. Dr Neda Namdar has been our family doctor for a couple of decades. There is no word to describe her professionalism and level of commitment to her patients. Neda goes out of her way to help. If the consultancy isn’t within her expertise; she refers you to THE BEST experts in the field. Humble and THE BEST of the best.
We wish Neda and her family best of health as she has been doing it for us for many years.

Dr Khan has gone above and beyond to help me with my various ailments over the last few years. The office staff are always friendly and kind, and I feel like I am actively being looked after. I know a lot of people on here are complaining about the wait times but I honestly don’t understand why. Some appointments are naturally going to take longer than then 10-15 minutes allocated per patient. Im more than willing to wait to see someone I know will take the time to actually look me over and help me rather than rush through an examination for the sake of making each appointment last 10 minutes. It’s the willingness to provide patients that extra bit of care that has me trusting this practice over others.

What’s the point of making an appointment? May as well just rock up here ever you like and get a spot, they don’t care about whether you have an appointment. 30 minutes wait always, last time I’m coming here. Won’t be long till this places closes down if they keep this up, bound to be losing a lot of customers. Just read the other reviews

I have finally found a doctor who I am really happy with and the staff are wonderful always there to help you with any problem you might have and the place is very very clean one very happy client here

To have a Doctor that challenge’s the reasons why you feel bad and then investigate until a cause is found and then cares enough to follow through is a great family GP, thanks Dr Khan

Charged for a long appointment for a procedure and the doctor couldn’t even do it? Then refers me to another doctor where I’ll need to pay twice as much

Very poor time management, been there a few times. Always have to wait over 45 minutes to see a doctor - never keeps the allocated time. Same excuse always. It's better to look for a different GP service.

8 times Staff promised to send an E. O. S. [x-ray referral]. Never happened. Finally spoke to 'Manager' & Head Nurse who happily told me they had never heard of this X-Ray type. Very rude & unprofessional & not-up-to-date with innovative technology. I was also told Dr would not receive images if X-ray on same day. False. Thro PAX would get images, just full report. Too many changing staff & Drs. However, the WELLNESS Centre is truly marvelous & gives excellent results.

My family and I have been loyal to this practise for the last 35 years (since late Dr Teasdale) and I always loved it as a great modern clean practise with plenty of parking, caring doctors especially Dr Krishna and fantastic receptionists especially Mel who always goes above and beyond to assist. Her genuine compassion and charming smile adds a lot of joy to the experience! Keep it up Mel!

Zero time management. There isnt a single time i havent had to wait 30mins or more for an appointment. Its not just the doctors time thats important? !?

Practice is very clean and looks nice, reception are generally really good, i've never had any experience with their nurses so I can't comment there, doctors are great, speficically Dr Singh and Dr Kim Toh.
Dr Singh has gone above and beyond to help me several times, and I have no plans of ever changing practice even if I moved further away.

I won't lie, the only down side is you can expect to wait between 15-30 minutes after your appointment time to be seen, but i've made peace with that fact and it no longer bothers me, the practice is usually packed with people so they are obviously just very busy - I can't fault them for that, it's very easy to fall behind when you are alotted 10-15 minutes to see each patient and some end up taking an extra few minutes, it all adds up pretty quickly. If the wait bothers you then book the first appointment of the day, or the first appointment after their lunch break: P

A nurse name Sophie was rude and unhelpful. Just pushing the bugs when I request for things to get done. Seems she needs to go through a customer service training especially on how to treat sick people. No caring, no love and just about business protocol, policies and procedure. Communication to doctors are impossible, have to get through the unhelpful nurse.
