Dr Neda Namdar

She is so unprofessional and very inappropriate. I came into Reynolds Road 7 Day Medical Centre due to a personal medical issue. She told me she would "Have a look" which meant an unconsensual pap smear. She did not ask myself or my mum whether she could perform this on me. She advised me it "Shouldn't hurt", which I followed with "Well it is! ". She continued. I later on visited Dr Kim Toe due to the same issue and she said a pap smear is not needed at all and we handled it accordingly without one. Dr Neda Namdar has genuinely traumatised me. I will never be returning to her, I believe she should not have a role like this, if she is unconsensually performing procedures on her patients, which are also irrelevant to the medical issue.

Do not go here. It is a waste of time and money. Dr Afrina Khan is rude and not helpful and her actual words were you need to book other doctor can’t help you

Had an issue with my appointment, told to contact the manager by email, never got a response. Called again "we'll have the manager to have a look and respond". No response again. Not sure they actually care

Don’t waste your money by visiting this place, they have charged me $85 for 5 min consultation. Disgusting.

What’s the point of making an appointment? May as well just rock up here ever you like and get a spot, they don’t care about whether you have an appointment. 30 minutes wait always, last time I’m coming here. Won’t be long till this places closes down if they keep this up, bound to be losing a lot of customers. Just read the other reviews

Charged for a long appointment for a procedure and the doctor couldn’t even do it? Then refers me to another doctor where I’ll need to pay twice as much

Very poor time management, been there a few times. Always have to wait over 45 minutes to see a doctor - never keeps the allocated time. Same excuse always. It's better to look for a different GP service.

8 times Staff promised to send an E. O. S. [x-ray referral]. Never happened. Finally spoke to 'Manager' & Head Nurse who happily told me they had never heard of this X-Ray type. Very rude & unprofessional & not-up-to-date with innovative technology. I was also told Dr would not receive images if X-ray on same day. False. Thro PAX would get images, just full report. Too many changing staff & Drs. However, the WELLNESS Centre is truly marvelous & gives excellent results.

Zero time management. There isnt a single time i havent had to wait 30mins or more for an appointment. Its not just the doctors time thats important? !?

A nurse name Sophie was rude and unhelpful. Just pushing the bugs when I request for things to get done. Seems she needs to go through a customer service training especially on how to treat sick people. No caring, no love and just about business protocol, policies and procedure. Communication to doctors are impossible, have to get through the unhelpful nurse.

Doctors always running extremely behind. Expect a 40 minute wait atleast. They will never give an accurate time the doctors are running behind even if you phone ahead. I just sat with with a 1 year old baby who was crying and coughing the entire time for 70minutes. I expect better for the area and the fact its a paying practise. But I watched about 50 covid jab appointments go through.

If you don't want to wait at least one hour to see a doctor try to avoid this place. They should hire more doctors than receptionists.

Good nurses! They are good with their jabs - my children don't really cry so we know they do it well ;)

That's where my good experience ends.
Not shaming here but it's just a drs surgery,
Reception is busy,
I'm not sure why I ever bother booking an appointment. They are 100% late.
If you have an appointment at 9 am, you'll be seen around 9.30-10
If you have a 5pm appointment 5.30-6pm

Don't go here if your time is important to you,
We only go here because it's a 5 minute walk, and we have to get vaccinations for children regularly.
However after a 30minute to an hour wait we usually just check in w reception and go shopping.
Expecting children to wait around a drs surgery is optimistic at best.

The drs advice towards children is soso to wrong,
But let's face it parents will be biased any ways. Lol but definitely be dubious as they do give wrong advice.

The reception is busy but they just lie, you ask how late things r running they won't tell the truth.why fight that you run late and just solve it by having a ticketed timer, or have a sms polling system, surely you can say your running late and there will be a wait get a coffee come back in 15. Rather than your next. 1 hr later lol

If you can go elsewhere go! If this is your local then get ready to wait.

Update to 1 star, I'm fed up waiting, I know what I'm in for but seriously, I have a life and my time is important too.

If you willing to take at least 45 minutes to see a GP, please go there. Yesterday I took my son to see the GP, when we go inside I went to the receptionist and told her we have an app she checked it and said "take a seat" after 30 min wait went to reception and said "why is this taking so long? " and we found out that she didn't even register that we are there. So we had to wait 15 min more. They didn't even apologise kindly. Rude and spoilt people.

Receptionists and phone clerks have incredibly poor communication. Don't really seem to care. Rude, impatient phone manner. Uncaring attitude!

Avoid dr. Arfina Khan at all costs, extremely rude and derogatory, not interested in helping patients, speaks in an abnoxious tone. Surprised people like her are even allowed in such a noble profession.

The WORST experience I have ever had with doctors in my life. I strongly not recommend this medical centre. Specially Dr Anwar Jawad, she is so unprofessional, rude and disinterested in helping you. She is more concerned in leaving early to her house than helping you. Be careful.

The reception lady call Stirdy is very rude and impatient. When i ask her some questions and she always not looking at me when replying question.

I asked specifically for a female doctor and was assured I'd be able to see one only to get the the medical centre to be appointed a male doctor who explained that female doctors do not work on weekends. On top of that did not get my issue resolved but was just given pain relief medication until I could get an appointed with a female doctor. (Back story: I came in with a severe pain problem)

Saw the doctor an hour after my appointment time. I have the courtesy to turn up to my appointment ontime, in fact, before time. Why is it so difficult for you to be on time? This happens every visit so I've moved to a more professional medical centre.
