66Im happy to say my experience with BCR was amazing! The girls at the counter are genuinely friendly and the shuttle drivers are also great. Also I was impressed with the waiting times at the counter (1 minute) and for the shuttle bus (10 minutes). All the fees and charges are explained so no nasty surprises! As long as BCR keeps the prices low i will be using there service again!
The cars are only one or two years old, in great condition. The staff are friendly with excellent service and the rental is cheap. No hidden costs. We would definitely use their service again.

Cheapest car rental in Perth (for us). Had no problems with customer service. Shuttle to/from airport was effortless. Couldn't recommend them higher.
I make frequent trips to Perth the last 5-6 years and Bayswater has always been my preferred car rental company due to their low rental cost, reliable vehicle availability (excellent condition) and of course the ease in booking, speedy delivery and without hassle returns. I will not hesitate to share my recommendation to all who are looking for lease for the first time.
These guys have good quality toyotas and are efficient. You can extend cover or rental period over the phone without any dramas. They are also competitively priced. I just wish they will expand their branches to every major city in Australia!
