Pickup and dropoff was very simple and speedy, we opted for the 5dr hatch and got a Toyota Corolla. The car was clean and in good condition.

Best value around (next to "drive my car"!).
The only thing I didn't like was the grumpy hard sell on full cover (no excess) insurance. This upped the advertised price substantially, and is unnecessary if you have a major bank credit card (usually they include rental car cover). This practise of badgering has been outed as shady and borderline fraudulent, and many do it. That being said BCR is otherwise very good.

A misleading company with Hidden costs. There's is no such thing as car hire for $17 a day.
I wouldnt use them again and the lady Liz at subi is just rude.

They took $600 out of my account by accident leaving me with no money to refill the car and charged me $2.55a litre. $130 out of the 600 they never immediately refunded. Never again.

Scum business with hidden costs. Got quoted $150 for car hire. When I arrived they wanted $1000 deposit unless I paid their scam excess cover of $85 for my trip and if I did I only had to pay $100 deposit. My initial $150 ended up being $350. I only had $200 on my card so I got stuck waiting util money cleared from my other bank account.

We always use No Birds when visiting Perth. Staff were pleasant and there was no waiting. This time we booked online and chose to pay a premium for a newer vehicle. The vehicle we were given was the previous body/model style with 40,000km on the odometer and told that this was considered “new”. With that kind of mileage, this car is 2-years old. So much use in fact that the tires wouldn’t grip well on wet roads. I’m curious what the older car would have been. I think we might try somewhere else during our next visit.

Fantastic service. Hired a corrolla for 12 days to go up to Exmouth. Car was ready for us as planned. They allowed us to drop the car back at another location closer to the airport at a later time to accommodate our red eye flight back to Sydney.

The car interior could have done with a more thorough clean. Otherwise, it was a very straightforward transaction, honest predetermined pricing, unlike other horror stories you hear from car rentals.

Best prices best offers. I called pretty much every car place in Perth.this is the cheapest and I require full coverage 0 excess. I pay $250/week for everything.you won't find such a price anywhere else.cars are new and in a very good condition!

Good efficient economical. However beware their fine print. From two seperate hires: we told you to come back at 9am when you had the car till 7pm. Too bad we don't refund the 1/2 day. But you drove an extra 40k over your limit that'll be $$. Second; picked up at 2200h? Oh but returning on a weekend when we close early? Yeah thats still a full day, and YOUR problem. Heard from others as well that their insurance may NOT be ones common definition of "comprehensive" so beware. Why? Cos in Perth drivers will run into you not the other way round.

Now that I've completed the rental process I can upgrade my review rating to 5 Star. Great rates, great cars and very easy pickup and drop off processes. Certainly and thoroughly recommend Bayswater Car Rentals for car hire in Perth. Will definitely use them again.

I have used Bayswater Car Rental a number of times in Sydney and one time in Perth. I have never been more satisfied. Their service is excellent and pricing is very competitive that other car rental companies cannot beat. Every time I have been given a brand new car to drive.

I highly recommend it.

Be careful of their insurance top cover as it is not clear and is not a third party. I had an accident 7 months ago and paid for Top Cover, the other party keep calling me as Bayswater don't respond to them and they keep asking me to pay them for their car repair. I went several times to ask Bayswater to respond but they keep telling me we will contact them. And now I had a court action against me. They are cheaper than others but self insured and unsafe.

Cheapest car rental I know! Customer service officer is detailed in her explanation and does not upsell things that you don't need. Can't believe I've been paying exorbitant car rental fees for previous trips via thrifty! But do note that car pick up and drop off is not directly at the airport but at their office at Bayswater area, about 10-15mins away. Be sure to get a transfer from them (payable per pax). Returns on weekends maybe earlier due to operating hours.

Reliable car rental. The car I rented was in good condition. They provide transportation between this office and airport too which makes it easy. Pricing is very reasonable compared to airport rentals.

Best car rental company ever. Leo was extremely helpful and took initiative with bags despite the heavy rain. Lady at the counter (sorry didn’t get her name) was polite and cheerful the whole way. I have used them six years ago when I was studying and the best service and price didn’t change after coming back 6 years later!

I would highly recommend their service!
