Efficient service, no hassles, car was in great condition and literally brand-new (opted for the cheaper Toyota Corolla instead of the 'new' corolla, but it was still brand-new in my opinion). Highly recommend this car hire company. Will definitely use again!

The entire process, from booking online to the collection of the car and return, was smooth and hassle-free. All it takes is a phone call to the car rental company, and we didn't have to wait long to be picked up at Perth Airport too. The car was new and clean and we'll definitely consider choosing Bayswater again when we next visit Australia.

Vehicle was clean and tidy. Friendly efficient service upon pick and drop off. After shopping around I found the pricing good, but in my opinion you do really need to take out the top up insurance which does increase the cost slightly. This is simply because the standard of driving by other road users is not great.

Airport transfer was excellent and car went very well. The service was top rate and we would rent again on our next trip to Perth. Thanks for all your help.

I was extremely happy with the car rental service. The car was great, clean and economical. Children's car seats were clean and easy to use. The airport pick up was very easy and didn't take too much extra time. On return, we arrived 5 minutes after the shuttle to the airport left and with a toddler and baby I panicked about what to do. The staff were so lovely and offered to drop us there still. Extremely grateful and would recommend using them again without a doubt!

Very clean, modern car and friendly, helpful staff make for a great hire company. Price was reasonable also. It was my first time hiring a car and the staff made it very easy to do.

We have used this firm annually for 12 years and have always found their staff easy to deal with and helpful. The cars have each been of high quality and totally reliable. The low (or absent) excess charges and the reasonable rental rates put the best known companies to shame. The only downside is the prescence of Bayswater logos all over the cart, but all in all this firm is highly recommended and we will continue to use them.

Loved the service car was great to drive. Will definitely be using them on our regular trips tp Perth. Have just found out most of our east coast friends use Bayswater when in Perth.

The car is new and in good condition at reasonable price. The tax invoice was list out all items that you need to paid clearly, and the T&C also in big wording, make me felt I can drive the car in trip at ease. Their staff also friendly and helpful. Although they did not set up counter at airport, but airport shuttle service was provided, it is convenient too. Highly recommend to others!

It's a great experience renting car from Bayswater. Pick up and drop off is easy, the staffs are friendly and helpful and the car is maintained well. So far no hidden cost is charged on me. Return car procedure quick & smooth. No regret choosing this company.

Easy online booking & a great price for what was basically a new car (Corolla Hatch) with unlimited km's and we took the nil excess option. When I did have to make a minor date change it wasn't an issue. Add to that an easy pickup from the airport to the depot & unattended dropoff. It was no fuss. $400 for 10 days plus petrol. I will use them again if ever in WA.

I think the rental company does a fantastic job. We didnt have to wait at the airport at all really and was picked up immediately. The car was very good and new. Efficient administratively. Got our car very quickly. Likewise for the car return and the pre-arranged shuttle took us to the airport timely.
