A great Family Practice, with friendly and efficient staff. Doctors are very experienced and provide exceptional levels of service and attention.

I have been coming here for years and this morning was very disappointed by having to cancel my daughter's 8am appointment due to her being unexpectedly unwell overnight. I tried calling earlier in the morning to see if I could leave a message to advise of cancellation but could only get in contact when the clinic opened, only to be abruptly being told she would be a DNA by a very rude receptionist. This was rather upsetting and I understand cancellations are annoying, but I think your staff need better training in customer service. Shame as my teen is very comfortable with her GP and has been of great help.

Dr Matilda Oke is amazing. All of the staff we have encountered at this practice are helpful and friendly.

Been going there for many years. Wouldn't do a prescription re write because they are fully booked.with one doctor working? This place is a disgrace the receptionist is rude.and self entitled. It takes less than a minute to write a prescription. This place is a dive and continually gets worse. I have waited hours past an appointment time countless times over the years however this takes the cake Such a shame and bitter disappointment after 10 loyal years. My family and I have changed practice

I've been seeing Dr Moya Wood and her team since 1992. What a great Medical Team. Definitely worth every one of the five stars!

I called this morning to see if they were making appointments for Pfizer and Fran said just ‘no’. She then said instead of ringing around go to this website. I wasn’t ‘ringing around’ I was calling my Doctors surgery that I have been going to for 30 years. Please don’t be so rude on the phone it can actually ruin someone’s day. I have had another problem with this surgery and am now looking for a new Doctor. Such a shame after 30 years.

A clinic i have been with the last 16 years. Every time I call them I am given an appointment instantly on all my visits.i am always treated with kindness and cared for.

Positive experience receiving my first Covid (A. Z) today. On time, without pain & automatically rescheduled for second injection in 3 months.

I had a prompt, pleasant Flue needle delivered by an expert! Didnt hurt a bit.
Everyone at AHFP is an expert at giving all known vaccinations without hurting. Ive had them all. Anyone who is worried about getting needles should go to AHFP!

I mean, yeah, its one of THE places to go for gender dysphoria, but you probably already knew that if you were googling it. Careful but productive.

Also they implant good.

I was referred here for my gender transition, the recwption staff are lovely and doctor matilda Oak is very friendly, welcoming and bubbly. I would recommend this place for anyone with gender dysphoria!

Over 20 yrs I've been coming to this practice, unfortunately after today I will be looking for somewhere closer to home, the front reception people certainly aren't what they used to be

Terrible and Very unreliable for a gp. On two separate occasions for two totally different ailments they have played down what was wrong. Lucky for my gut instinct i went and got a second opinion both times and thankfully both problems were picked up before they became a lot worse in the state of my health.avoid these cowboys if you value your life!
