I just had a consult with Dr Kelly and she was so lovely and approachable. She was very knowledgeable, provided me with great advice, and was willing to listen and answer any questions that I had. We will be making Dr Kelly and Alexander Heights our family GP.

Great experience with Dr Morgane today. It was my first time seeing her and she was extremely empathetic, professional and took time to discuss my issues in detail with me.

Awesome experience! The front desk staff were very nice, friendly and helpful. Dr Penny is one of the kindest person that I’ve met. She always listened all of my concerns and explained everything so I could understand. She also comfortable to talk to and she truly cares about her patients especially a good rapport with my children. If you or even your family and friends are looking for their healthcare provider I highly recommend to visit Alexander Family Practice.

In terms of a first appointment, Dr Penny Wood was very good and very thorough and spent the time needed.

My only issue is the practice has a policy to charge a healthcare card holder for their first appointment, which is not standard practice across 99% of centres.

The Vietnamese girl at reception, sorry I did not remember her name, was also very good, excellent customer service and very helpful with all the forms and advice.

I will be a regular patient here from now on.

Easy on line appointment, on time double consultation. Not rushed, Dr. Tan dealt with each issue.

Any patients with respiratory symptoms are seen in an isolation room. I applaud The Practice in taking this cautious approach to keep their staff and their other patients safe.

Receptionist was very helpful with questions on billing. Dr Forward was very professional and knowledgeable with my medical issues and took time to explain things in simple terms. Dr Forward was very pleasant to interact with and made the consultation an easygoing experience

My husband and I have attended AHFP for years with Dr Penny being absolutely caring and understanding when we ars there. In this instance our grandson woke up sick and very listless, so we contacted AHFP who made sure we could get in to see Dr Morgan. She was absolutely brilliant with him and he was very comfortable in speaking to her. I couldn't thank Dr Morgan enough for being so caring and understanding a Nanna's worries.

Great Drs, Dr Rosalind Forward in particular. Running a bit late but that is because she has time for everyone. Not happy about having to pay after school hours for children though.

I’ve only had one appt so far, but it was a really good experience. Dr Rosalind was super validating and compassionate. I have complex chronic illnesses and I’m non binary trans, and have had a lot of bad experiences relating to both, so finding a new doctor is really stressful and I’m so relieved to have found Rosalind. Reception staff were all super lovely, and I love that they have an in house pathology clinic.

AHFP has been our GP practice since forever. But in recent years more so, They’ve green great with my daughter (sickness and immunizations), when I have called concerned for my daughter at a young age, never got turned away (even in low staff Covid times), and we personally find Dr Penny Wood, very thorough, and will aways take a moment to check in on previous reasons for a visit. Never makes us feel rushed.

I've been attending AHFP for many years and have always received a friendly, efficient service and top health care.
Dr Michelle Tan is wonderful. She's professional, knowledgeable, very thorough, understanding and caring. I can't thank her enough for all her help.

Called up as a new patient due to being new in the area and needing a GP. The reception staff were nice and professional and the GP that I saw was understanding and helpful.

I was a patient of Penny Wood. Would not recommend. She is responsible for having a negative influence on my life. What happened to her so called assistance re mental health?
