Acclaim Pine Grove Holiday Park

Honestly, I would've liked to write a positive review for this park but unfortunately, that is hereby impossible. Every negative review I've viewed is true, the swimming pool was disgraceful, foggy, many dead insects, stained and small pool. The safety of this home was far beyond acceptable, many doors in the cabin were broken and therefore security was poor.the floor was dirty resulting in which we even had to sweep and mop the floors ourselves. The couch was dirty, there were ants in the home everywhere, and the water was smelly and has said to be "drinking water" but in reality, was bore water. The taps leaked all over and the toilets were nasty. In conclusion i WOULD NOT recommend this park to anyone else. I would kindly suggest driving past this park if seen, that is, unless you want to experience a cabin that hasn't been cleaned since the great depression. I rate this 1 out of 5 because the beds were kinda comfy.

No water all day. Where are we suppose to shower, three busloads of kids here and all. I've been called to work and can't. No water all day untill 5pm now there is just a trickle coming from the taps, still not enough to have a propper shower, and we pay top dollar for this. What a weekend we will have

Had an amazing weekend at this holiday park. The cabin was clean and well equipped and the park had a great swimming pool and BBQ area. Sheree was very friendly and helpful and went above and beyond for us. Highly recommended!

Not recommended at all. Very poor service. Not safe at all in any manner. Never going back to this place again. Doesn't deserve any star ratings. If there is an option for star ratings in negative I will rate it -5.

New management, trying to improve, we wish you all the best. It is next to the busy road, but it was quite at night. Fees one night for 2 with power and water $38

The park has new managers, who are extremely helpful, friendly and accommodating. I stayed for two weeks on an en-suite caravan site and thoroughly enjoyed my stay. The park is only a 4 min drive into town. Although the facilities are very outdated, the managers acknowledge this and try their best to make your stay as enjoyable as possible with the resources that are available. If you are after a great caravan site, good en-suite facilities and great service, then I highly recommend this place.

Warning. This ‘Holiday Park’ needs to be shut down, Disgusting and revolting place ran by nasty, rude people. Keep driving and don’t look back,
Health inspector will shut it down shortly!

Camping facilities were terrible. Dirty camp kitchens, dirty showers and toilets (also only 2 showers & 2 toilets). I think we spend 30$ or 35$, but this is so overpriced for what this camping has to offer. We've paid the same for waaay better campings down south. Wouldn't recommend at all.

If you can go somewere else bins full all over park old cars left with spiders and over growth.gardens need lots of love ensuite sight dirty and disgusting very disappointing

This place is 20 years over due a make over. Stayed in a 2 bedroom unit here and it was dirty. Smoke alarm was missing from the wall, shower toilet facilities were dirty with mould, ash tray outside want emptied, floors weren't swept. The list goes on. I definitely wouldn't recommend this park to anyone.

Caravan was unclean and not enough cups glasses or plates. The doors were falling off in the bathroom.

Powered section of the park looks ok but unpowered section sites are a lot smaller and no facilities
We had to use our own Toilet paper most of the time, bins overflow for the entire time we and not cleaned. We need to walk around and try to find space in one of the bins and push rubbish in further
BBQ not cleaned in a long time so not brave enough to try and use
Camp kitchen very basic with some broken chairs and very dirty
Checkin was chaos as they had a NBN internet issue and could not complete the checkin. Our Van did not fit on the original stand as most unpowered sites are for tents only not a caravan due to the size of the stands and low trees
Sad to see the amount of people running leads over roads from powered section into the unpowered section and management just leave this
Bathrooms old and not very clean must say it was great traveling for 2 weeks to get warm water
Park need some investment in upkeep and more staff during peak times as the one guy we saw could not keep up but tried his best to always help and accomodate people

Clean facilities and friendly staff. Came out to book us in when we turned out after dark and phoned the number on the office door. The camp kitchen was equipped with kettles, toasters, hot plates and a BBQ. All clean and working. We had the camping area to ourselves. Grassy and sheltered. Dog friendly. Only downside is the traffic noise and distant local hoons out destroying tyres into the night.

Very poor and run down cabins.very over-priced, would say these cabins are worse than mining camps I've stayed in. The location is great and lots of nice trees and shade around the park. Dirty, run down, appliances that don't work, cutlery that hasn't been cleaned, dirty toilets, cobwebs, dirty floors, showers with leaking taps, fly screens torn.

Clean amenities but we are next to a busy road so if we stay here again it will be as far away from the road as possible Management an staff are friendly an helpful. Enjoying our stay

Had a good break here with family - friendly staff and neat ensuite site. Did a fair bit of travelling around - total de-stress. Highly Recommended!

Really dirty and dated. No hot water for longer than 3 seconds. But the smell was the worst. Unwillingly stayed for one night. Very over priced cabins.

All the poor reviews you read ARE true. Very old amenities which seem to only get a rough going over, so are never properly cleaned. Of course the manager may reply to this review with a poor excuse. Just choose a better park.

We had a lovely week. We are travelling around Oz and have stayed at several million caravan parks and this is the first time we didn't feel like a number. Highly recommended!

Out dated cabins on site, dust on fan blades, cob webs on walls, major rust stain in toilet, musky odour. Over priced for what was offered.
