First time.amazing location and table service provided by lani. She was so helpful and passionate and made our special afternoon. Quality food, shared menu 2 people was a liitle expensive for the portions eg main, very small portion of lamb but 8 large potatoes for 2 people. Pizza was very average, Radicchio/ orange salad had only 3 very small pieces of orange, not well portioned. Lovely day.

I never write reviews but this has annoyed me so much. I have not been here but I must say the inflexibility of your booking is ridiculous! Upfront FULL payment for one, is ridiculous. I don't know of any other venue that want full payment upfront, two, only offering one type of pasta for children (gnocchi) is just unreasonable not all kids like the same thing, you need to cater for them better. I really wanted to have our party at your beautiful venue but these things were just a no go for me and will not be spending my money here.

The vegetarian option was so bland it didn’t taste like any thing. The main course of lamb looked so nice and it definitely wasn’t on par with the veg meal that I received. Ps I got a salad of radicchio poured on me and they took their time to clean it up. Xx

Went for lunch on weekend and was told we had to share the entree, and choose two pizzas and one salad and share a main. Then another waitress came to take our order and we were told that we had to choose one pizza between us, as they were cutting back on wasteage. We questioned her and she allowed. Looking around the restaurant, some people were sharing, others had two pizzas, two salads, two mains - very inconsistent and quite unfair for the rest of us, Considering we all pay the $65 per head. Further, your bottle of pinot at $60 because we purchased in the stables and not at cellar door, which would have cost $27 is VERY UNSATISFACOTRY! You have a perfect venue, great ambience, staff pleasant, but the value for money is questionable and the lack of consistency, needs to be looked at. At least we got our two pizzas, others shared one, so really not fair - be consistent, your wording states, "share a round of pizzas"

We were married here yesterday after a long wait! I could not have gone through the day without Sam. He was the most amazing coordinator. He always made sure we had a drink in our hands, any issues were looked after, he even scrubbed my dress clean when i got food stains all over it. Sam went above and beyond to communicate throughout the process and was an absolute vibe on the day! Shoutout to Megan too who was phenomenal with the admin communication and keeping me as clean and dry as possible on the rainy day! The food was amazing and the drinks were great! Could not recommend Zonzo and Sam more if i tried! I will be back for every big event in my life in the future! We love you Zonzo - thank you for making our day the most amazing ️

Attended my friends wedding, very quint venue, at had great atmosphere, the staff were very positive and nothing was a a problem.

Food was awesome, the lamb was cooked perfectly everything was seasoned and tasty.

Can get loud inside as its very popular for group gatherings. But its cosy and has stunning views of the variable valley and the vineyards.
Food was delicious, the set menu had lots of options for vegos as well.
The pinot grigio was delicious.
Outdoor seeing available and a grassed area for the kids.

Our large family group went to Zonzo Estate for Mothers Day lunch and it was brilliant. It was our first time there based on a recommendation and the whole experience was professional, polished and very enjoyable. It is a huge facility with 3 different eating areas, beautiful grounds to wander on or for children to run about on. All the staff (check in, wait staff, kitchen staff were skilled, knowledgable and wanting to ensure we had a wonderful afternoon. Highly recommended.

We've been to Zonzo's many times over the years and the food and hospitality are always on good show! After a few years of being away it was great to taste your wine again and enjoy the outside area after our Mother's Day lunch! We don't usually spend that much on dining out, but with Zonzo's its always worth every cent.

We went to Zonzo last week. Everything in the estate was really good. Staff members are amazing, very good customer service. Food was great too but there were couple of things which i did not like and its forcing me to give three stars instead of five.

We went there on a weekend, so we were forced to choose feed me menu $65 per person, no doubt food was nice but i did not want that, So if you are planning to go there in weekend you have to choose their feed me and you can't have A la carte, which i did not like, in addition to this when you book Zonzo on a weekend you are supposed to pay in advance in full for the feed menu on their website and if you add any drinks you can settle the remaining while leaving so we did the same. After settling the bill when we left, a server came running behind us asking to settle the bill, which i already did, the lady was polite but the whole experience was not and to be honest was a little embarrassing.

So, nutshell good place, great food but they should not force guests to participate in the feed me menu and a little bit of more communication between the staff would be very helpful.

We had our wedding at Zonzo Estate in January 2022. We could not recommend this venue more highly. The food is extremely generous, the staff catered to dietary requirements incredibly well and working with Lauren in the time leading up to the wedding and on the day was just so easy. Lauren truly went above and beyond and ensured that our night went so smoothly. She also helped us a lot before the ceremony when both a bridesmaid and I had something on our dresses. It was also a 35ºC day and they had water ready for us right before the ceremony to help cool us down and refresh us.
The most incredible part was being handed a bag of food at the end of the night (fully labelled to indicate what I could eat based on my dietaries), I hadn't had a chance to eat and was starving and this was the best gesture to top it off.
Zonzo was also so accomodating and patient with all of our queries and requests, especially in the week leading up to the wedding with all of our changes due to the outbreak at the time.
All of our guests absolutely loved the venue as well and won't stop talking about it.
The one thing that I was initially concerned about prior to the day was the size of the dance floor as I thought it might be a bit small. However, it was more than big enough for all our guests to dance and being a hot night we were also able to spread out under the festoon lights to dance as well.

Wine absolutely yum we had the Pinot reserve, finished a bottle off in no time.

Great views and relaxing place to have lunch in. Food quality was just average, specially Pizza was not the best we've had.

Wine, food, service and views - when all of these are top class and combined well then you get an amazing experience which Zonzo offered us on our visit. One of our favourites now.

Food was good and not unreasonably priced. Quick service. Just unfortunate that we sat at a long table between two other couples, it was definitely not an intimate dining setting, probably more suited to larger groups, would not recommend for a couple.

AMAZING EXPERIENCE! This was our first time visiting Zonzo for our wedding anniversary and we were very impressed. Food was spectacular and delicious, wines were heaven-ly, and the whole estate is just beautiful. Friendly staff and great atmosphere. We will definitely be returning:)

This was our first visit and we were very impressed by the view and atmosphere. We felt covid safe sitting outside overlooking the grapevine and the staff were very attentive and helpful, in particular a special mention to Nicholas who served us and was more than helpful and kind. The 3 course set menu was generous and was kid friendly as well. There was a separate kids menu and an obvious drinks menu that showcased the many Zonzo selections. Plenty of parking, 3 main sitting areas that we noticed (inside, outside and the stable). Super modern and a great place for a special group outing. Would definitely come back again.
