I have been attending this salon for about 5 years. Nikki and her team are extremely professional, friendly and nurturing. I've always felt comfortable with the therapists and never been disappointed with the finished result.

Honestly the best leg wax I have ever had. I didn't even need to book an appointment (although during busy hours you probably should.and the wax was super quick. Very professional and friendly staff. Thanks:)

I went in today for a Brazilian wax and I forgot why I didn't want to go back after my first experience from last year.

The service was super fast and the price is great but It wasn't painless for sure. I've had many brazilians in the past but usually it's less painful than that. You should do it fast but you shouldn't make the client feels like you're rushing the service? The staff was nice but I think she could be a little bit more gentler.
Their HYGIENE is really questionable. I am pretty sure that a new stick should be used every time it touched the client and not be double dipped into that pot of wax or else you can contaminate that pot of wax. She used that one single stick the whole time and it has touched my private part, it just went straight into that pot of wax.

Sorry, I am not going back, even though the price was great.

I've recently moved to melbourne and I have been waxed professionally for many years. I have to say this is the best salon I have been to so far. Ive seen two different therapists on two occasions and they were both fantastic. Fast, efficient and the most thorough waxes. At the same time the staff personable service and very experienced. I will definitely be recommending them to my friends.

I had a wonderful experience at Zipzip Wax- Emma was extremely professional and the results of my wax were great. She was also very friendly and made me feel comfortable the whole way through. The booking process was easy, and the directions to the place were really helpful.
I am definitely going to return and would 100% recommend this lovely salon.

Had my first ever Brazilian here today and could not be more satisfied with the service I received! They took such good care of me, reassured me of the process and aftercare and were just genuinely lovely. Really helped with my nerves! Will be heading back in 4 weeks with complete confidence that I'll be getting the best treatment for the best price.

Wish I could give them 10 stars. Amanda got magical hands, first time there, was super nervous & scared. I can't believe how amazingly she did her job, almost no hurt. Best in Melbourne.

Desperately needed a Brazilian as I've just got a new job in the city and about to go on holiday. Used to go to Brazilian Sunset in the city and discovered it wasn't there anymore but found out that the therapist Amanda now works here and she is THE BEST. Quick, thorough and leaves you feeling amazing. I'm so happy that zip zip have gained an absolute rock star will definitely be a repeat customer!

I live in the US and come to Melbourne for work every 4 months. I went to zip zip wax by chance the first time I was in town, and have been coming back ever since! No place in DC can even begin to compare with their professionalism, speed and attention to detail. Will be back next time!

Very happy to have found this place! Being coming here since January, the staff are sensational, very skilled and the wax is great - very clean, no leftover hair and they do it very quickly so less pain! Great for first timers too, staff are really friendly, provide great advice and they always ensure you’re comfortable.

I've never had the same girl and they're not always very nice. Sometimes the waxing is very painful as the girl just want to be done with her job as quick as possible.and leaving you with some wax left on your skin.

Really quick and efficient service, my first appointment was a walk in however the online booking process is very easy to use. Staff is always friendly and they use high quality wax, could not recommend a better place!

Walked in without an appointment and despite being busy they managed to fit me in! I'm not sure the name of the lady who waxed my brows, but she did a wonderful job and they look amazing! She was also extremely friendly and the entire experience was one of the best I've ever had. Definitely recommend and definitely going back!
