I visited the place for the first time today after it was recommended by a friend. It was clean and very professional. Nikki took care of me right away and it was the least painful experience I've ever had. And I was literally done in 10 minutes.
She was great! If you're a first timer, or have had horrible experiences in the past, I'd highly recommend you to try their service. They know what they are doing, and use the right kind of wax that causes minimum pain.

Wow! This was my first time getting a wax and I can't thank the ZipZip team enough for making this so comfortable. Shout out to Mel, she is an absolute star!
Any anxiety I had about getting my legs waxed was immediately diminished from the greeting I received as I walked through the door. The whole thing was pain free and super quick while still feeling like a human, not a number. Plus, on my way out I was given all of the post-care information I needed. I will be coming back for sure, thanks again ZipZip!

Really great experience. I love that there’s a lift as well as stairs, the staff are friendly and efficient. Waiting area is spacious and the shop is bright and clean. Recommend!

I had my first waxing experience EVER with Nikki today and everything was amazing- from the online booking, to finding the address, to the service itself.
Everything was clear and easy to follow, and Nikki was so lovely and very quick (movies had given me the impression that waxing was drawn out and agonising- i was proven wrong!)

This is my first visit to zip zip wax. Not sure of the person who did waxing on me today but she was amazing. She kept me in a conversation so that I don’t feel much pain from the waxing. Girl, if you are reading this, you did an amazing job. Definitely gonna be a regular customer.

I just want to thank all the ladies at Zip Zip for the outstanding service over the past few years. I've always been treated kindly with a professional manner and often with great chat. Service is fast, efficient, and not all that painful. ;) Everyone has been great, and Lehi was exceptional.

Nikki was wonderful! I had my legs waxed, which was the first time again since MONTHS, so it was pretty painful. But she was so efficient and quick, and we had a wonderful chat. I’ll be back again in a few weeks!
