I walked in today without an appointment (thinking I’d probably have to wait), it was fairly busy and staff were attentive and so kind. They actually fit me in right away! The waxing service was amazing. The person who waxed me was careful, gentle and super efficient! I am happy I made the trip into the city for this! Thanks to the amazing team at zip zip. I’ll definitely be back.

As a new regular, I can confidently say that I have never left Zip Zip Wax disappointed. Always easy to book, the service is amazing, very efficient and a great location for a busy bee like myself. I always see Mel and she always provides great discussion, makes the experience enjoyable and continuously does a great job. I struggled to find a place after moving from Regional Victoria but this is the place to go!

Chanced upon this gem when i was in the CBD and randomly decided to get my brows done. The staff are soooo friendly and welcoming, not to mention the place is really clean and nice, with really fancy equipment. They did such a fantastic job with my eyebrow wax that i had to come back, and this time i brought my sister and she had the exact same experience as me and cannot stop singing praises about this place. Overall a really welcoming and friendly and comfortable environment. Will be continuing to go back!)

Edit: I can’t stop coming back! Been coming for a few months now and coming here always brightens my day especially Mel, we have some amazing conversations and she makes me feel like a new person every time)

Best salon to feel silky smoothe in Melbourne! I’ve been seeing Nikki and Mel for over a year and nothing but family love here? They’ll always fit you in even when I’m last minute haha thank you ladies!

Mel is beyond amazing less than 10 minutes and all the hair is gone. I always try and book an all off “XXX” Brazilian appointment (or any other waxing requirement) with her. She’s so quick, efficient, super funny and makes you feel amazing before, during and after treatment. I’ve been going here for years. Nikki and her team of super star professional therapists at ZipZip Wax are THE BEST - this is the only place I’d recommend in Victoria for waxing ANYTHING off. I currently live in Shepparton but drive all the way into the city for them - yep, they’re that good. They also treat their walk-ins so well, nothing is ever too difficult for these pros. Thanks ladies, I will never go anywhere else.

The staff were very professional and the price was reasonable, I will be using their services again for sure.

Nikki and Mel the absolute sweetest. Was so scared of the pain but they made the experience so fast, painless and comfortable. I definitely recommend.

I didn’t have an appointment but they were able to squeeze me in on a Saturday! My therapist, Mel is the best! She’s so friendly and gentle and it reflects how much she loves doing her work. The place is clean and tidy.

Such a wonderful place equipped with trained professionals, I booked with Nikki and reached early so Lee took over my booking and I was new to this place, I really was ok to try with anyone. Lee did a great job and I was free in almost 30-45 min as promised. Wonderful hassle-free service, I believe each and every staff here is well trained.
EDIT: went again but this time I got some light rash/burn on my knee and underarm (even after 2 days my underarm doesn't feel ok). Not sure if it was the wax temperature or the weather outside that contributed to this. Though, the person attending to me was kind to always ask about the wax temperature and was very nice and friendly. Will give them another go next time to be sure of the services

It’s very clean, and reception and technicians are friendly and courteous.
I was anxious about my first sugar wax, but they did it quickly and carefully! She’s very professional.
If I lived in Melbourne I would continue to go there. Highly recommended.

I’ve been for many Hollywood Waxes in various locations over quite a few years now, and this place is very good value for money and the staff are great. Mel was very professional and did such a great job. I would definitely recommend this place and go back again!
