The best experience of brazilian wax I’ve ever done as professional and friendly therapist made me feel safe and comfortable during the service. The service was done quickly, less painful and left no redness on me, not like other places i tried before.

Color me impressed with this salon located in the heart of the CBD. I have never had a Brazilian wax done in such an efficient manner. Nor have one take only 15 minutes. It’s always hard to find a new salon when I’m traveling, but I was really pleased with this place. I’ve been to a few places over the years, and this is one of the best and most painless ones I’ve been to. Rooms were clean. Staff was friendly and pleasant. If this will be your first wax, you will have a great experience here.

I booked an appointment with them 3 days prior. My appointment was at 11: 15am and I arrived at 11: 25am. I was 10 mins late as there is no parking close to the store. I had to park on Bourke street and walk to Elizabeth street. By the time I went in, they turned me away saying that “I can’t be 10 mins late”. I understand that they may be busy, but everyone these days are busy. I’m busy too. I planned this 3 days ahead and made the booking. Not being able to find a parking is not something one expects. I visited zip zip wax 4 or 5 times before and I expected a bit more hospitality. I traveled to the city just to go to zip zip wax and was unable get the service done. Any business (restaurants, Salons, etc.) do wait for 10-15 mins if someone made a reservation and give up after 10-15mins if the customer did not show up. I was so disappointed. I’m never returning to zip zip wax.

Had an amazing waxing experience! Mel was very kind and very bubly to be around, took great care of me and really managed to calm my anxiety through the all off brazilian waxing. Loved the service, really clean rooms and the ambience is cozy and beautiful.definiteky going to be my permanent waxing parlour!

Nikki was so accomodating and fit me in very last minute! The salon itself has a beautiful vibe, is really meticulously clean and has cute touches of pink and decorations. Lee was extremely efficient, gentle and thorough with my wax! It barely hurt and was over before I knew it. Definitely recommend this place and I will be back for sure! The salon is a just short walk from Flinders St station too which is very convenient.
