Willow Grove Duck Inn reviews
68Had a great meal and experience here. The food is typical pub/bistro fare but was enjoyable and had GF options. The staff were very warm and engaging and provided the kids with entertainment packs which kept them happy.
Great friendly service and atmosphere. Food was very nice and a wider range than your normal pub bistro style menu. Will make it a regular feed and well worth the drive from Trafalgar
We are regular dinners and the food is great and the staff are fantastic. If something does go wrong they'll make sure they fix it so you walk out with a smile on your face
Had a great time at the Willow Grove Duck Inn would recommend food great value for money big serves the waitress and waiter great definitely worth the drive from Narre Warren
Large barn style pub with an outside eating area. Delicious food with generous serves, but is a little slow to arrive. The food is worth the wait though and the staff are really nice. The garlic/herb bread is super.
Nice place to stop at the food is ok but the staff need to wake up and do there job insted of just leting you sit there and not serving you
Went there for an early afternoon birthday lunch over the weekend which some members of our table had attended before work later on that afternoon and although the food was great and the staff were lovely I didn't appreciate the over 2 hour wait for even the first meal to come to our table only to wait a further 20 mins for all the meals to come out and then in the end one persons order was forgotten. After all that the bloke that served our table told one of the young female wait staff to come tell the person that it was infact forgotten and it was going to be another 10mins but they could have a free drink if they wish. As for the forgotten food it was another half an hour wait. All this was on probably a quiet day for them as the place wasn't very populated and luckily those on the table just got to work on time.
I probably wouldn't go back there.
