Willow Grove Duck Inn

New owners but we were not disappointed,
The service was prompt and the meals were great
Awesome atmosphere sitting out the back in the beer garden/ Alfresco area

Decent food and not bad prices. The owner is very friendly and good for a chat. Would recommend the Johnny Cash Parma if you like spicy food. My best is an 8/10 if you can beat that good stuff!

Service was good, food was uninspiring for the price. An unhappy looking male employee dampened any conviviality. Unwelcome and unsubstantiated claim that we had left owing money took all shine off the encounter.

Seriously nice little place I really went in expecting to give the place a 5 star review but waited so long for my meal my wife had waited a while until I said start without me then mine finally came when she was about finished then when the waiter came to take my plate we decided to give dessert a go but ended up leaving after getting bored of waiting I would come back for drinks but wouldn't bother for meals again bit of a shame.

Recently went out for a meal here, boss was extremely rude towards waitress' and made them look quite uncomfortable. I even saw him make a very young girl take alcohol to a table (she was 100% not of legal age looked about 15/16) when he was quite available to do it himself. Will be reporting business to the local police station since this was extremely unprofessional.

It is saddening to write this review the duck inn willow Grove used to be my go to pub that was close cozy and great food. Unfortunately with the change of ownership the quality + quantity of food has gone down hill and what I couldn't believe that they have upped their prices on their specials night like parma night used to be $15 but now $18 for a lot less on your plate! So I went there a couple of months ago and my parma was dry and overcooked and so were the chips. There was hardly any chips on the plate and also so little salad. I don't consider this a parma night special because it's not, putting up the price and putting less quality + quantity on a plate is a quick way to loose loyal customers like myself. Extremely dissapointed used to be a great hidden little gem. I will not be back.

Always so pleasant to dine at Duck Inn. Good menu, good dining room, pleasant staff and food cooked to perfection, very happy.

Look this place used to be super average, the waitresses seem to do nothing but gossip with other staff and customers, used to take hours to get offered another beverage ect ect.

But seriously. Now there is a new owner/manager, the place is phenomenal. The waitresses are very polite, the food is better than ever and the service is fantastic. Plus even better the new bloke who owns it is visibly there and involved with the place.
Come back and give this place another go if you are a local and have been out off by the old duck inn ways.

Highly recommended the pulled pork burger! Just heaven in a bun.

Spacious place. Large variety on the menu but also got the regular meals. Accommodating staff. Been here for 2 functions and works well for groups. Would defiantly go back again.

Very nice food. Good if you love really spicey stuff, you can choose your heat level on some dishes

This is a great place to meet up with friends and enjoy some yummy food! The inside is a great space to dine, and in warmer weather the outside space is fantastic. Staff are friendly and attentive, I'd definitely recommend the (beautiful) drive to the Duck Inn.

Disappointed food was ordinary and service was very poor. Couldn't get anyone to order dessert so just left

The ribs were so tender, the meat just fell of the bone. The cheese cake was not great though. All in all, excellent.

Nice pub, lovely staff, food was pretty good. Unfortunately we had to move our legally parked bikes due to another shop owner who must be crazy? That kinda ruined the day.

Went for a private birthday function, alternating meals. Generous serving size and nicely cooked. Overall a good venue.

We visited this beautiful (not so small restaurant) well outside regular eating hours expecting the kitchen to most likely be closed.
Well! Not only was the kitchen open, we were met with big friendly smiles and the service was exemplary. Oh and not to mention the food was to die for and also reasonably priced.
Highly recommend a visit to this restaurant.

Would not recommend. Nice menu but they seem to be focusing more on takeaway and icecreams then the quality of their food.

Excellent customer service, very clean, great menu variety, excellent food & deserts. Coffee great too. Great Moscato too.

Fantastic pub. Food excellent as was the service. Brilliant outdoor eating area with massive coonara blazing away. Excellent vibes. Love it. Host very friendly and accommodating and they also provide a covered seating area for those of who choose to smoke!
