Every time I take my car here is a great experience. Staff are friendly, and prices are transparent so there’s never any surprise. Highly recommend these guys over a dealership. You actually talk to the people who work on your car rather than someone who reads out notes written by someone else.

Had my VW R36 serviced here - full service, engine and transmission - around $1300 for the service, then charged my partner $45 to give the car a wash. Not overly impressed.

These guys are the go to people in Melbourne if you want your beloved VW fixed properly. They will tell you all the options and let you choose your course of action without the BS that you get at some of the supposed ex spurts. Give them a go and I'm sure you'll keep returning.

I had my car booked in for a service at Brighton Mercedes. I was really happy with their pick up and drop off service & overall service, until the engine light came on and later the message came on saying that I couldn't start the engine in 750km. I rang them and was told to bring it in, so I excused my self from taking my visitors around and drove all the way there only to be told that I needed to book it in again. I was not happy as I was going away and needed the car for work on the 15th January. I rang another dealer (Graunke Mercedes) and they were very accommodating, said that I could drop in and wait. They will fit me in, probably just add blue. The Brighton Mercedes had 2 chances and they missed them costing their customer so much time, money and anxiety. They are under qualified and gave Mercedes a bad name in my opinion. To a lay person, you would jump to conclusions when your car was fine and after being serviced, it suddenly developed problems. Would you go back a third time?

Changing mechanic is a bit like changing hairdressers - no one wants to do it! But when our regular mechanics retired we had no choice luckily we found volks - they are great and give clear advice and prompt service. Thank you team!

Absolutely 1st Class. Best Ever.
Another VW Specialist quoted $2100.00. Volks Affair thought it over-kill and fixed it for $450.00. No problems. Car is running fine.

Really great service and an honest price, down to earth staff that will sort out your service or repairs without up selling things that aren't necessary - think I found my regular shop!
