Dr John Tai I agree is very unhelpful, told me to take my file and go elsewhere. The other doctors are just an incompetent (they struggle to read blood work for example). It's like talking to a brick wall there, with ANY of the doctors. Anything beyond filling a script is beyond their capability, and is a huge hassle for them (getting a referral is like pulling teeth).

Dr Sangeeta Bansal is an absolute legend. The care and understanding she showed to my little girl, whilst at the clinic, and later when she called to make sure she was OK was phenomenal. I cant thank her enough. True class! Legend!

My appointment was booked for 2: 15PM. When I writing this review time is 3: 15pm.never seen this kind service. I will never visit clinic again.

Fast, efficient, courteous and thorough.
Very human staff and doctors with additional services, psycholgist, podiatrist etc. Bulk billing for Centrelink card holders and children. I've lived in Melbourne 38 years and this is the best medical clinic I have come accross

My honest review, Dr. John Tai behavior was very arrogant and aggressive. The doctor did nothing and charged us expenses for few minutes of consolation. Dr. John Tai was also very unwilling to help.went to another doctor in rowville and they were very willing to help.waste of time and money with the same issue.

Dr Sangeeta Bansal is amazing - she is kind, caring and genuinely has your best interests at heart. She is the only doctor i see and take my children to as well.

Receiption staff plainly rude and tryed to complain to head reception she was worse. Ask her name she walked away.

Sad as Most Doctors are good here. My family doctor works here and been going here for the last 10 years.

Avoid the reception by booking appointment online.

Booked a last minute consultation for tonight (well I was literally the last patient tonight). Lucky to have got in and settled my medication and medical certificate. They looked tired after a long day, just like me, but still managed to cheer me up.

I don't know why but the receptionists here are always so rude! They never smile or are never friendly. I would go somewhere else but unfortunately this is the only place my doctor works at.
I wish they could get some younger nicer receptionists. Disgraceful stuff.
