I waited almost 6 hours for my telehealth with Sangeeta Bansal.
Extremely disappointing and disrespectful of my time.

Had been going to the clinic for 43 years and since new doctors have taken over it is a shambles all they care about is the money, it is not like the old clinic where you were treated with care and respected. Took me a long time as they would not hand over my files to me. Glad to be out of there now

I've been going to this clinic for many years & seeing a particular doctor since I was 17, now he is going into retirement (which I wish him well) but it would have been nice if someone from the

clinic to let me know

This is just based on this one particular visit but I think the experience was completely unacceptable. I needed a script for my son for something that he has had before so I just made a telehealth appointment as there was no need for me to travel from Berwick to mulgrave just for that. I’m just wondering why I have to bother making an appointment at a certain time if I then had to sit around and wait for 2 and a half hours to have them call me for my appointment? I booked a time that suited based on kinder drop offs and organising my children and then had to wait 2 and a half hours anyway! I understand that I wasn’t going to receive the call at 10: 30 on the dot but to have to wait til 1 is just ridiculous. It would have actually been quicker for me to travel to mulgrave and back.

$87 for a 10 minute appointment is ridiculous. Especially since every doctor I've seen at the clinic seems to be in transit and move on. Very disappointing.

The white middle aged lady with brown straight shoulder length hair (assuming she’s a manager or something) needs to learn some basic manners and customer service.not even a hi or hello when her colleague asked her to speak to me and she was extremely blunt and unhelpful. Literally you work at a medical clinic? At least be kind and civil to ur patients.

Never again! If you have some respect for your time, find another place. Been there few times as its closer to home and its nearly a 2 hour minimum wait on an average. The doctors and diagnosis are pathetic

No bulk billing for pensioners mum who is a pensioner had to pay full amount $95 she received half back thru medicare but everywhere else it is free for pensioners except this place.

Been going there for years. Can choose which doctor I want to see if my main doctor is away. Cheers

Kind, attentive, staff at the front desk. Dr Anthony is an excellent listener, is pro active in helping the patient. I have left my previous doctor of 20 years and am very satisfied with the care afforded to me. Cheers. Thanks

I have been a patient of Valewood since 1987 and I have always found the care given there is superb. The front desk staff are great, I have wonderful doctor, and it's great having the Treatment Room down the back for minor procedures and the nurses there are wonderful. Also, having a branch of Melbourne Pathology onsite makes getting blood tests so much easier. I live in Dandenong and could attend another clinic almost next door to where I live, but I still much prefer to stick with Valewood.

We are happy to the clinic servises. The doctor and the receptionist gave the good servises.

My first visit was due to a work injury. Quite far from my place. The doctor I met was Dr. Rita, she is an amazing person, lovely but very strict too. Valewood Staff is also good, even though there is someone who is not helpful when I need something urgent. I rather not mention the name.
However, I still gonna give full stars to this clinic's reviews.

I find this clinic extremely unorganised. They overcharged the visit, then forgot I had already checked in so I was waiting as everyone was going ahead of me. Doctor was too casual and didn’t even examine the situation. They made me a booking that they had to cancel. My next visit involved work, and they forgot to plan a return to work schedule. So I had to go back for another visit. How are they accredited? I have never visited a clinic that had this many issues.

Doctors are good but waiting time. Having an appointment at 9.15 had to wait almost an hour

Was very relieved to get an urgent appointment for my husband with an ear infection. I had tried other clinics and had no luck for days. The staff were trying hard even though it's obvious due to shortages they are learning on the job.

Lovely reception staff. Very welcoming to new patients and DR Sangeeta Bansal was so kind, thorough and reassuring. Im glad to have found Valewood clinic.

This clinic on numerous occasions has exceeded the worst clinic in Mulgrave. Wait times are way too long, reception gets things wrong all the time even though there is now so many of them. I came in with a slight emergency for my 10 month old and they were about to turn me away when previously they told me to go there for these types of emergencies, all I needed was someone to check him for 5 mins. They didn’t even want to try ask the doctors. Do yourself a favour and go somewhere else.
