I was left waiting in a room full of patients 25m past my appointment time and so left without seeing the doctor.

I went there for a booster shot. They were on time and very quick. At any GP I always expect to wait 45 minutes beyond my scheduled appointment but they were right on time. Same goes for vaccination centres.

If you're happy to book an appointment at a specific time and then wait in the waiting room for over an hour, this is the place for you!
If you're happy to book an 11am appointment but then wait until well after 12pm due to unforseen 'emergencies', perhaps treat yourself to the cold water available in the waiting room or visit a restaurant nearby for an hour or two and then simply walk back in and then the doctor should be ready for you.

Receptionist was lovely. Understood what I explained about my 11 months old symptoms of fever and flushing around her ear which all point to an infection. Refused by doctor to see her because of covid. When are doctors going to start actually doing their job again? Had high hopes for this practice but really disgusted in this behaviour. Simply put - it’s not good enough.

Third covid injection today. Doctor was very understanding and answered questions sympathetically with knowledge. Very happy with consultation.

Since I am a new patient I cannot find any major shortcomings maybe the lady at the front desk needs to take a short course on speaking to customers more courteously and being less rude or she should be given a different job to do at the practice. Otherwise everybody else seem nice at the practice.

If you are looking for a wonderful, caring, intelligent and knowledge doctor who specialises in paediatrics, look no further. Cheryl Oh at Valewood has been a lifesaver since having my son.

Dr Wilk is an excellent doctor, I have been seeing him for over 30 years now.
Valewood clinic is very good easy to book appointments and very punctual you never have to wait long.

I went for my yearly 75 and over checkup yesterday. Excellent service. I also had my first covid injection smooth as silk. Excellent all round service.

They've got some great doctors and staff who are always nice.waiting times always seem to be minimal. While I have dozens of doctors and clinics nearer I still drive 20 minutes to go here.

I have always received great and attention to detail service and care at Valewood. I would not go any where else. Full marks to the Receptionists who are always very busy but are still very polite. The Nurses in the Treatment Areas are Angels and put you at ease, not forgetting Dr. Song, very caring with her advice and time. Thank you all at Valewood Clinic.

After waiting 45 min to see a doctor we were refused to be seen by a doctor because my 5 year old son had a cough and had not had a covid test. I understand covid precautions are necessary but this should have been explained on the phone when we made the appointment and I advised my son had a cough or when we arrived at the clinic and again advised my son had a cough. It has been over a year since the global covid pandemic, this clinic should have a clear and transparent process in place by now.

Long time patient, I had an appointment for 12.00 and arrived at 11,45 spoke to reception letting them know I was there, and for the next hour I sat and waited seems they just forgot about me although I did ask at reception how much longer it would be.first time I was told to just take a seat and wait, no there was no one before me to see this doctor.just my day wasted. I had to walk there.wait.walk home so 2 hours just wasted. Do you not notify doctors when patients arrive? I am now spending more tome at the clinic and just seems time wasted especially being forgotten.

5 star experiences with amazing and kind doctors and highly experienced receptioninsts. Nurses were great, too with our children's immunisation. The whole experience there got much worse by one very rude lady at the reception who talks in very condescending way when she is the one who clearly has a wrong information or little knowledge. This happened several times and not just once. If I'm lucky, somebody else answers the phone and they will provide more correct information and so much kindness in their voice. It's a real shame as one person is affecting our whole experience at such a great clinic.

Have seen quite a few doctors here, Dr Ali and Dr Bansal are both great. Very thorough in their approach, great with kids and very friendly! Reception area could use with some sprucing up!
