Brought my old Electrolux back to life. In fact, it's never worked so well. Excellent workmanship.

Two of the vacuums used in my cleaning business broke. Took them into David and his team and they were able to fix them fast and at a great price. Thank you David keep it up

Plenty of parking. Great team at this site. The guys were friendly, helpful and keen to go the extra mile. I brought my dead FB300 just before Christmas. They got in back to me in a couple of days just in time for Christmas. They replaced the motor, cleaned up the unit, fitted a new bag and even corrected a set up issue that the original installer got wrong.

Thanks team unit has had plenty of work cleaning up pre and post Christmas at our place.

I returned to the store to get more parts for my hose (see below) - I found the owner welcoming, polite and extremely helpful - as he was with other customers on the floor. He helped me get the best parts at the best price. This a terrific local business which offers great service, quality and value on what can often be very expensive parts at other places. Again, ignore negative comments - honestly, from my experience, I can't recommend them highly enough!

My experience with Vac City was EXCELLENT! I made an enquiry over the phone, received friendly & helpful advice and was called back right away with a response to another question on stock. I then received friendly & prompt service in person in store. I bought a 12m ducted vac hose with on/off switch - it is brilliant! It was a great price, is great quality & works incredibly well with my system. I also bought some ducted vacuum bags which were also best price. I highly recommend Vac City to everyone based on price, quality & service - ignore any negative comments and try them!

Had our ducted vacuum cleaners repaired quickly and at a very reasonable price. In fact they were almost 50% cheaper than some other places we checked out. Had a pleasant experience, staff were friendly and job was done quicker than expected. Honest, simple and reasonable price. Highly recommended for any of your vacuum needs. Thank you again.

These guys have always been great! I have ordered many times. Recently an order was lost in the mail, one quick phone call from me, they checked into it and got back to me 15 mins later and fixed the postal error. Fast at fixing (rare) problems if they arise. Nice! I will be back next time. Oh prices are right too!

Great customer service. Were the only ones able to repair my vacuum. Only took the two weeks they quoted and was fixed relatively cheaply. Would recommend.

Absolutely terrible. They don't bother ringing you to let you know if your vacuum's fixed. They don't respond to your emails. Non-existent customer service. The worst retail experience I've had in ages.

Dishonest, disorganised, slow and lazy. I work in the service industry. These guys charged a 75$ drop off fee and then essentially let the machine sit for a month and a half, then called to ask why I had given it to them again. I ended up ordering the parts myself from eBay, got them in 6 days and fixed it myself. They Don't care. Stay away.

Bad service ever! Anyone looking for new vacuum please don't be bothered to buy them from here! I bought the commercial vacuum cleaner from werribee branch and I got told from seller man that my vacuum has 2 years warranty with any issues then shop has been shut down after 1 year my vacuum had problem so I brought it to head office (Murrumbeena) the man (think he is the manager/owner) told me different thing with the warranty that it cover only 1 year for commercial vacuum and I got charge to get it fix! Anyway when they rang me my vacuum got fix and they will post my vacuum back to me (which I paid for postage fee its ok) the next day but 3 days since then I haven't hear anything and money has been taken by them off my bank. They don't have high responsibilities to customers' bought products at all. They even talk so bad to customers!
