Trulli Woodfire Pizzeria

Love this place, food is great, staff are friendly, wine is to die for, what else could you ask for?

We had dinner here after a long day of hiking at the Prom. The food was amazing! We ordered the Trulli pizza, prawn and calamari orrechiette with pesto sauce and the seasonal special of marinated chicken skewers for 2 people (yes a bit greedy but we were starving!) everything was really tasty and well cooked. We couldn't choose a favourite though we tried. Then we finished off with a rich but balanced tiramisu. Yum! We were happy and full customers. I had a large glass of Pinot Noir (no smaller portion) and it was so so. Nothing exceptional I'd say.

The calamari was crispy coated on the outside and tender insided. The pizza base was crisp and fresh and the toppings were generous and delicious. My favourite was the handmade ravioli special with Italian sausage and broccoli.

We were told we had to have the set menu as we were a large group booking in advance. The set menu was was about 6 starters & 3 full size pizzas between 6 adults. The starters were all disappointing and not what we wanted. No one left hungry but we were all disappointed as we essentially paid $40 for half the pizza we wanted. Drinks were forgotten about so we had to go up and ask for them. We usually stop here 2 to 3 times per year on the way to Waratah bay & the prom. We all felt ripped off and unhappy with our dinner and the service. That's the end of our stopping for a Trullis pizza tradition

I came here lastnight with my family and the place was beautiful! Great vibes, beautiful food and even better service from the cooks and especially the waitresses and managers! They made us feel so welcome ill definitely be coming back and recommending to my friends ans family! Great job!

Busy, great service and delicious. Some of the best pizza we have ever had. Book early - we rang Saturday morning for an evening sitting and only just got in (which frankly is no surprise).

Every time I eat here it's consistently INCREDIBLE! Coeliac-friendly, super friendly staff, always able to make last-minute bookings and a beautiful and trendy environment! Absolutely obsessed! AND they stock local produce! LOVE IT!

Delicious wood fired oven pizza. Base is thin and just perfect. Toppings are typically sourced from local produce. Many great pizza tasting varieties. Good wine list. Friendly service. Very popular place amongst the locals and visitors. Bookings recommended on weekends.
