73This is one of the worst medical practices in Australia. The reception staff were great, it's the doctors that are the problem. I have never felt so disregarded than I have at this practice. I stopped going a few years ago now, but the experience was so shockingly bad that it still eats at me and I still finally want to give a review. I suffer from a neurological condition with horrible migraines and instead of prescribing me anything for them she literally said "well what do you want me to do then. " In the rudest tone. I would understand if I were doctor shopping for scripts but I saw her numerous times for help and she just refused (or didn't care.).
Overall good clinic, but I’ve had the worst customer service experience with receptionist Helen, she was rude, not helpful at all. She shouldn’t be working there Atleast not as a receptionist.
We loved the way Dr. Lavanya K listened our concern patiently and treated our daughter in such a professional and kid friendly manner. Also the lady at reception was polite and supportive. Must say it is the best ever GP service we have came across in Melbourne. Thank you to the doctor and medical group.
Never Book an appointment with Hayley. I booked on 28 June. I was not well and I requested appointment at 8 AM in morning and she told me 9: 30. I requested that I am in worst situation can you look into timings again. She told me for 8 Pm.
I waited till 9 sitting uncomfortable and I requested her too but she was emotionless and told me that I just told to come at 8 but I couldn’t do at 8. I asked what was the use of calling me at 8. I waited in my car for 1.5 hr.
Beware of this name when you are seriously ill. Don’t trust her words.
“ Hayley” the girl at reception is worst and I can’t trust her words. She should not be misguiding patients who are in problem.
I will never book an appointment from her. Tristan should look into her work. Patient who is in problem should not be treated the way he treats.
The doctors are great however Helan at the reception desk is incredibly rude. She was impatient, inconsiderate and intolerable. She should no be anyones first point of service. Shame on tristar for not reviewing their staff. I walked in with something stuck in my eye. I was in the waiting room for over 20 mins without any patient in front of me, after being approached she blamed her incompetence on the computer.
Would not bother coming here even if you are on your death bed. I had an appointment and the dr I was supposed to see cracked it and walked out cos the computers were not working. I was forced to see another dr who was not able to prescribe any medication.
Do not go to this clinic bad service I went in as a new patient appointment was at 3.30 got seen at 5 doctor Ashraf Manassa refused to help so this place is no good
I really like the doctor who treats me however I dislike the receptionists. They make you wait while they talk amongst themselves. Don't even acknowledge you. When they finally decide to speak to you they can't find you on the appointment list/ on the computer. Happens every time! Even when I call to confirm my booking
Love the facilities and female doctors are very caring and genuine. They make sure that their patients throughly understand and happy to listen to any concerns.
I was however was very disappointed with the female receptionist working on the 12/02/2018 at 3: 30pm, saying and I quote ‘I don’t know what your on about’ when they couldn’t find me on their system even though I was seen by their doctors previously. I find it very distasteful. They could of been a better way of saying that she had trouble finding me.
I’m sure it was a busy day but please be a little more professional.

My first appointment booked with this clinic I waited 30 minutes and still didn't get called out so I told the receptionist to cancel my appointment, she apologized and said she entered it in wrong her mistake, i just walked out the reception staff are un professional
Dr Joshi is the best, only downside is that they switched from a family practice to more work cover.
Well you will only visit this centre if you have exhausted all other options. Doctors are Ok but reception staff is pathetic and senseless and often rude and will lie to you very comfortably. I have taken my 6 months old baby for vaccination after a confirmation from reception staff that shots are in stock and i am ok to bring her tonight.when i arrived at the clinic, gentlemen said to me ohh we don't have vaccination in stock so may be bring in tomorrow. I did again but this time i did not take my baby and i was told that there are not in stock.upon hearing this, one indian female doctor who was standing behind the reception heard this and she ask me to wait.she quick ran into the store room and found that they are in stock and indeed they never ran out in first place.
Such a shame that i have asked for feedback form and told to go online and fill out so this is the only place i can have my say so please don't go there unless you have no other option.
