Beautiful lunch in a nice estate. Stephano was a great server with awesome customer service. Wine pairings were very accurate, but wasn't noted that they were extra charge on top of the food on the menu. But was worth the extra $.

We went to Tokar Estate as a group and it was great. Had lovely wine tastings outside in the beautiful sun and then had lunch in the restaurant. As we were a big group it was mainly share dishes but because I’m Coeliac they arranged for me to get my own main. They were excellent with allergies and everyone thought the food was delicious.

Thank you Tokar team for the delicious lunch we enjoyed with a glass of fine Tokar wine sitting on the terrace surrounded by green rolling hills on this sunny Sunday afternoon. We will be returning!

Couldn’t wait to get back here after our first visit pre-covid and were not disappointed! Staff were all amazing, food was delicious (rabbit was a highlight) and the wines were perfection! Thanks everyone for having us; it was RAD

Visited Tokar Estate for lunch today with a friend.
First impressions of the building we're spectacular, I appreciated the architecture!
When we arrived for our booking our table was not quite ready, the manager offered us a glass of bubbles complimentary as we waited.
Once seated we enjoyed a limoncello spritz each while eating the croquettes & bread to start.
For entrees I choose the calamari & my friend the terrine.
For mains I choose the lamb & my friend the barramundi.
The sides - Layered potatoes & salad.
We absolutely loved everything about Tokar, you can tell the menu was created with a lot of love.
Can't wait to bring my husband back!

Beautiful cozy winery. Dined here for Mother’s Day lunch and was absolutely beautiful. Delicious food, excellent service and a cozy setting. Will most definitely be back.

Great experience at the estate for lunch.
We did the three course (entree, main and dessert) for $75 (it also included a glass of wine).
Everything was delicious, and I thought it was such value for what we paid.
I walked away feeling satisfied (and stuffed).
The calamari and ceviche entree was really good. The roast potatoes (came as a side with the main) was crispy, and topped with seaweed as a seasoning and a rice paper cracker - was surprised at the flavours. The Tiramisu for dessert was amazing (highly recommend).
Side note- got seated outside on the deck facing the vineyard- gorgeous view.
We did a late lunch as well (2pm to 4pm). Good to know they have that later option on offer.
Got some cuddles from the winery doggo (Alfie) who was wandering around like kind of the land.
Overall great experience.

Just opened a Tokar Estate 2006 Tempranillo.
Absolutely wonderful so smooth and lingering. Enjoying it with spaghetti bolognaise.

My wife and I had the pleasure of enjoying Easter lunch today at Tokars Winery. We have dined here before and always enjoyed the experience. However today exceeded all expectations, set shared menu was incredible. We have to say that the ambiance, food and service was first rate. Loved every minute, would highly recommend Tokars for a special occasion or just to treat yourself. Thanks to all for a memorable afternoon. Would give more than 5 stars if we could.

An amazing experience. Unique, expertly prepared and delicious food served by very experienced, friendly and caring staff. Our waitress was amazing she thought of everything. The day was freezing she even brought out hot water cups to keep the hands warm. The view was second to none.

This restaurant was amazing, we had a large group of 20 people and we were on a wine tour, the staff were very nice and accommodating too all our needs. The food was 10/10, the views 10/10, the food 10/10. The whole experience was great! And I will come back again!

We were there to celebrate a surprise 30th wedding anniversary, an evening event. Surroundings arelovely tho they seem to be suffering from a lack of water.
Restaurant, staff, food and wine (chardonnay was full bodied and delicious) were all of an excellent standard.
We stayed in the house and again, very comfortable and a great breakfast the next morning. Would highly recommend for a visit, wine tasting function.

Great service & wonderful view & delicious cuisine.

My partner and I went there last Sunday. We left a message saying it’s the first time we went there and hoped they could arrange a good spot for us. We were so surprised that they did reserve a table right in the middle of the outdoor dining area with stunning view of the vine yard. Really appreciate it!

Food definitely meets my expectations and wines are great.

Great destination for weekend romantic getaway.

Our first visit and it was wonderful. Delicious meals served by the very friendly and enthusiastic team. Delightful views. Worth a visit if you are in the Yarra Valley. We also purchased wines from the cellar door after enjoying them with our lunch - the Cab sav & Pinot Shiraz.

We were at Tokar Estate for a wedding. The staff were helpful in every way. Everything was perfect. Thank you to all that helped the occasion be everything we hoped for.

Tokar Estate in Victoria's Yarra Valley Region is such a lovely & picturesque winery to just sit outdoors, enjoy the sun & have a glass of wine and relax. If they had a grass area where there was picnic blankets or bean bags out in front I would probably just sit there with a book, a bottle and drink all day!
It has such a relaxing atmosphere with landscape views that reminds me of Tuscany Italy.
We had a nice leisurely lunch in their outdoor arena and the service was friendly, welcoming & prompt.

Would highly recommend a visit here with a table outdoors to get away from the hustle and bustle of the city or when travelling into Victoria.

So far so good. The staff helped me allot as I never been a host before.luckly lots of space but no bus parking, a shame for that but I'm still happy thou.

If you can’t make it to Tuscany this summer this is the next best thing…superb! Thank you for looking after us
