My recent experience at Tokar Estate for lunch was truly a great experience.
We opted for the three-course menu, which included an entree, main course, and dessert, all for $85. Let me tell you, it was worth every penny. The food was not only delicious but also offered incredible value for the price. By the end of the meal, I walked away feeling both satisfied and stuffed.

We had the pleasure of enjoying duck sausage, lamb steak tartare, white zucchini with mozzarella curds
and sardine escabeche for entree. The flavours were exquisite and beyond our expectations. Moving on to the main course, we were served grilled beef rump, Kingfish accompanied by a delightful salad and perfectly cooked potatoes. The potatoes were the highlight for me, with a crispy outside and a fluffy yet firm inside. As for the beef, it was simply perfect - smoky, charred on the outside, and tender medium-rare on the inside.

The overall experience at Tokar Estate was exceptional. The beautiful surroundings, lively yet peaceful ambiance, and superb hospitality created a truly memorable afternoon. The food was not only delicious but also of top-notch quality, presented nicely, and showcased fresh produce.

I highly recommend Tokar Estate as a venue to relax and enjoy a wonderful lunch. The menu is accessible, and the portions are generous, ensuring that you leave both satisfied and with a memorable dining experience.

We simply loved everything here.
Beautiful surrounds, the ambience was lively yet felt peaceful, and hospitality was superb. Food was delicious, top notch quality, and presented nicely. It is a great venue to relax and enjoy lunch.

Nice lunch for mums birthday! Pricing wasn’t super clear and got a bit of a shock at the end. Not to say it wasn’t worth it just that there wasn’t a lot of price transparency. Lovely winery.

By far one of the nicest wineries in the region.
Sat outside today for an early mothers day lunch. The weather was glorious and the view was exceptional.
The resturant is intimate which is rare for the valley, but is what makes this place a gem.
The wait staff were attentive and knowledgeable, very professional.
We had the two course menu, which was very reasonably priced at $65 including a drink. We included some sides and some coffees and overall was very reasonable.
The food was generous and tasty. A very accessible menu with fresh produce.

Came in for a wine tasting with a group for our friends birthday, we had the amazing Kimberley. She is very knowledge and friendly, we highly recommend.

Cannot fault anything about the Tokar Estate. The hospitality was superb as were the location and the food. My family was celebrating a special occasion and I cannot compliment the staff highly enough who enhanced this experience for all who attended?

Absolutely Perfect.
Food was fresh presented beautifully and delicious. Ambience was nice has been renovated since I was here last. Staff friendly and attentive. Recommend the caramelised onion tart for entree poached chicken for main. Would have been nice to have stayed a little longer 2 hours is not enough time but understandably they were busy. Highly recommended.

Had a lovely lunch today for my friends birthday on the deck. Wonderful views. Delicious food and great service. Only giving 4 stars because the side dishes didnt come to our table until we were almost finished our mains and the icecream with my desert was starting to melt when it arrived. Otherwise a really nice experience

Joined the Fiesta Del Fuego at Tokar after wine tasting at their cellar door. Absolutely authentic and fantastic experience. The live music and the superb service made the evening unforgettable. Not to mention to food, which was mouthwatering and well curated. We could see how much thinking and love were poured in the event. Well done Tokar. We cannot wait to visit again.

We dined for Sunday lunch & dined on the 3 course menu. For entree I had the rainbow trout, for main I had the grilled lamb (with shared sides of roast potatoes & winter slaw) & for dessert I had the earl grey brulee. I also enjoyed a few Rita likes ginger cocktails. All the food & cocktails were delicious & well presented. As we were celebrating our anniversary we got the best table next to the window & on the beautiful sunny day we visited the view was divine to match the food, drinks & service. Our waiters Charlotte & Dani were amazing & friendly. I hope to return & enjoy the choc fondant as hubby had that for dessert & I had total food envy. Recommend as a lovely fine dining restaurant.

Wines are great, lunch was just amazing with the three course menu. Worth a trip and staff were awesome.
