Writing the review is the only thing making me feel better about my card being "blocked" and the phones lines are always "busy" and automatically hang up
Appalling lack of customer service. Information regarding my tickets is not available online. Tried calling.got stuck in an infuriating voice recognition menu that doesn't understand anything you say, sending you into a rabbit warren with no option to speak to a human. Once I finally got into the queue to speak to someone I was on for 43 minutes. The rep then couldn't even find the information and couldn't commit to even getting that to me next week.
I have no Clue where my tickets are and I'm unable to contact them because there Number says they have a "High volume of call" and then hangs up on me. No Customer Service email anywhere on there site. Absolutely ludicrous
I am NEVER going through ticketek EVER AGAIN!
I had my concert tickets stolen from me, contacted them and they said they would process a refund. 4 weeks later I get an email (after the concert date) saying sorry we can't help you.
Never again.
Ticketek's phone service is very poor but don't stress because THERE IS ANOTHER WAY to get through to them without having to deal with their frustrating voice-robot system! First you call the venue the event is held at (for example MCG), then ask them about tickets and they will transfer you to the Ticketek holding line. Final step.be patient, they will address your call.:)
Misleading ticket Information, bought a ticket assuming it will be in front row according to color and the Legend.nope much further back.update your website and your ticket viewing software you retards.

If you actually want to talk to a human being on the phone, when prompted to provide an option just talk nonsense and the automated voice will say "Sorry I didn't catch that", Repeat this 4 times and you'll be put through to a representative, but expect a 30 minute wait and by then your tickets may have sold out
I am pissed with thus new robot system. What do u want? I answer it says, im sorry i dont understand i do not want to trval frtom st kilda to ticketek just to ask something.
Horrible booking system. Reservation times are too long and wont inform you if there are any tickets left or not. Website is buggy and will have you refreshing and completing captchas untill tickets are gone and your mobile data cap is exhausted.
Called Ticketek and they give you a recorded message and then tell you to call back later. Its grand final day, pretty predictable that they would get a few calls! And it happened on the two previous days!
Worst excuse for a company. If you are selling something to someone, try being available to answer peoples questions or at the minimum actually offer some form of after sales support, otherwise stop being a ticket seller. We don't need you! Hopeless, hopeless, hopeless.

Trying to go through your method to upgrade tickets for tomorrow but there's literally no one to call. Can't wait till a company which even remotely does their job crushes you.
Unable to contact Ticketek via phone. Email inquiries fruitless. It seems that to have any experience of customer service, one has to walk into an agency. With my nearest agency being 600km away, this is not an option.
So it would seem that Ticketek are satisfied that I would travel 3000km to an event and just arrive at the venue early, hoping to be able to upgrade my tickets.

Absolutely hopeless. I was asking how to book a ticket to the Australian tennis open kids day.as I could not find the link. Agent asked for my booking info? I didn't have any info as I couldnt book! I was then refered back to the websiteThe ph number on your website is a joke. It gave a ridiculous automated message telling me to either go to the website or call back later
I gave up and called tennis Australia. Who answered my question within 5 mins
