bought minigolf tickets for my family.thunderstorms on the day (pouring and pouring). Requested a refund, they ignored my first email, took 3 weeks on my second, rejected my request.

This company doesn't have customer service, no people, not sure if anyone works there, just software that leads you around in loops. Been this way for years.

0 stars. Their "customer service" is an absolute disgrace. Been trying to get hold of them for 6 months + now, no way of getting through to them on the phone, I've sent at least 30 emails over that time and still have not received any response.

Zero stars if I could. Purchased tickets with mail delivery, never received tickets. My queries completely ignored by ticketek and I have now sent multiple emails because there is no number to call. Three weeks later I am still waiting for a response. Is there anyone even working there?

I agree with a previous poster- some legal action might have to be taken because Ticketek obviously does not care about providing any communication to its customers! I filed for a refund twice for post-poned event and nothing but an automated e-mail! It's appalling, so much money is being held up by this company. ZERO STARS! WILL AVOID PURCHASING EVENT TICKETS THROUGH THIS COMPANY AT ALL COSTS

Tried to establish an account about 7 times. The site claims that I have an account but I'm using the wrong password. Great stuff when I was trying to bag my Storm tickets, note the past tense, didn't get the ticket won't see the game live and I am a member. The whole process has taken 7 hours over 3 days. Your system is a nightmare, no wonder you have make it impossible to speak with a real person

Giving 0 stars as thats how much customer service there is. I've been trying for days to get through to customer service via call, email, social media and the website and I'm reviewing 0 response. I thought it was just me then I saw that everyone on Facebook is being ignored as well. I'm losing all my respect for this company and I don't recommend it at ALL. No excuses just pathetic

ZERO stars. Trying to purchase tickets to an event, where the online ticketing options are limited. Emailed them days ago. Forget about speaking to anyone over the phone. Every call is a recorded person telling you to buy tickets online. Evidently a result of monopoly.

Was asking whether I could change the date for Moomba. They replied a general email saying they cannot do that. Ok fine. The date of Moomba we decided to go and saw that they already cancelled our ticket without our permission or authorisation. Extremely rude and ridiculous service i have ever seen.

Bunch of thieves with holding people’s money for events that have been cancelled, not answering phones, not answering emails or messages. Disgusting service I’d never spend money with them again and think this should be taken further

The level of customer service is unbelievably poor.
Cannot get through on the phone, can hardly receive a message back via the Facebook page

I want my money back for additional nbl cup tickets I shouldn't of had to pay for.

This is unacceptable.
Really hope you don't treat all your customers like this, you should be ashamed.

Useless customer service (i couldn't get through to a queue at all in the morning then in the afternoon had to wait 45 mins just to ask about how to collect my tickets). Also, why the hell do i have to collect physical tickets at the event venue within a 30 min window that's over an hour before the show starts instead of it getting emailed? It's 2018, get with it

Very simple things such as booking a seat to an event next to my member seat cannot be done online. It is not at all a peak time to try & call, but eventually getting into a queue through their maze of automated responses there's still a half an hour wait. I wouldn't be surprised if it's just one person answering calls, because they tell me the queue is too long and automatically hang up on me if it is a peak time.worst customer service ever!

Would be zero if I could. What kind of ticketing service doesn't allow you to chose your tickets. Then when you go to their retailer, you still can't see your tickets? How is this company still functioning, from what I can tell they don't have any good reviews. They are just lucky they are a monopoly in this industry

Another greedy corporate which charges you for the privilege of printing your own ticket via your own computer and your own paper via your own printer using your own data and even for downloading using your own data to your own mobile. Don't even think about asking for a refund unless you died (and you write to them from Heaven begging for empathy). Greedy, simply greedy.

Tis always not a nice experience dealing with e this company.
Latest dealing resulted in me being allocated 4 seats instead of 2.
Now i am trying get somewhere on the dog & bone, but as per norm have been hung up on by the automated system. #%&*
