Absolute scam of a company. If you book your tickets through Ticketek, consider your money stolen. There is absolutely no way to contact them besides online forms which, surprise surprise, you won't get any responses to.
Impossible to call them. Emails go unanswered about ticket refund as event has been cancelled. Rubbish company
Website does nothing but crash. Do not answer phones absolutely disgraceful. Use another website for purchasing tickets
Paid ticket insurance, event cancelled, requested refund numerous times, no response to emails, no phone contact, appalling. Cannot believe they can do business like this. How is this legal?
Disgusting thieves. Have been trying to get a refund on tickets that were rescheduled. Filled out their request form twice, both getting responses weeks later saying my order doesn't exist while I CAN SEE THE TICKETS IN MY ACCOUNT. "Customer Service" line hangs up on you. Customer support email is blocking mail? ! Useless garbage can we take these shitbags to court?
How do I get a job at Ticketek? , they seem to be doing nothing. No one is answering calls or replying to email enquires.
Our event has been re-scheduled twice, we are unable to attend the new re-scheduled date and requested a refund over 5 weeks ago with no formal reply.

We had Frozen the Musical tickets purchased for June in Melbourne that got rescheduled for October because of lockdown, no issues with that. Got a text last Monday stating that the event will be rescheduled again and notification will be received in 5 days. In the midst I had sent a query online asking for a refund as we don't wish to go, no response to that. We had purchased refundable tickets. I constantly get marketing emails from them but they cannot respond to any query? This is ridiculous and a an absolute sham. No stars.and will never attend an event for which I have to purchase through them. I can cut them some slack for the lockdown but this is getting to be an absolute nightmare. Cannot give them any stars.but have to give one otherwise won't let me post.
No customer service, uncontactable, just take your money and run- avoid them as not worth risk of trying to get a refund if event cancelled.
If the Arts are to make any money during covid or even after covid, they need to use a different ticketing system. Ticketek are impossible to contact, their system is convoluted and outdated. They don't have adequate information when it's required. It's clearly become too big for it's own capabilities. I won't book any event that uses Ticketek!

Trying to get a hefty refund and the CSR is trying to say I never bought the tickets and when I sent proof of purchase twice they have now stopped responding to my emails.
Wish I could put 0 stars. Totally uncontactable. Email sent to me with link to find new date for Frozen after postponed. Surprise, surprise, link goes nowhere. Have lodged chargeback with the bank.
Wish l could NO STARS. For 3 mths I've waited for my refund for an event l can't attend due to covid lockdown. I've e mailed several times to be told they are extremely busy and to NOT E MAIL again.seriously customer service is ZERO. 3 months is long enough time for my refund. I've made a complaint to the Ombudsman aswell. ZERO STARS

Purchased a refundable ticket 7 months ago and one of us couldn't go so applied for a refund. All documentation sent via email but still no response.

Don't waste your money to this company. Worst experience. No call answer, no notification email, no contents in FAQ due to the restriction in COVID. They will collect your money and no prompt action when the event is cancelled in COVID. I have no idea how I can get my money back from this company.
Called at 4: 30PM weekday and automated answering machine said I am calling outside of their working time. Their working time the machine said, "from 9am-5pm. "
Can't get in contact, won't answer emails. Won't do anything at all to refund my money. I know they are busy but seriously can't even answer an email for over 3 weeks? Give me my money back! Pathetic
