69One of the best hotels in Melbourne. We spent our SPG free night on 2018 NYE. The staff put us in an upgraded room and we were able to see the NYE firework. Breakfast was nice.
I am very impress with hotel location right in the center of Melbourne CBD.spot on every thing is just food step from this hotel.you just name it like international brand shop theaters. Restaurants train station etc.best location in Melbourne

Perfectly located near Flinders Street station, a block away from major tram stops. The room was clean and equipped with a bathtub. Breakfast was good with made to order omlet service.
I believe this property is very underrated. The staff are terrific, and the facilities are superior to ALL the COMPETITION. I am very interested in hosting at the property very soon. Matthew
Its just a big soulless Starwood property with staff paid and trained to be polite and helpful. A good location.handy to the Paris end of Collins Street, make sure you walk around especially Flinders Lane.
Poor service and disappointed with the room facilities. Television wasn’t working and when notified at 9pm on a Saturday night, they sent a staff member up who turned it off and on (which I already done multiple times) and said will get a technician up to fix it. Called back at 11pm and still no resolution. Won’t be returning again
Impressive room, quite significantly larger than expected, well appointed and luxurious feeling. As good as its reputation.
