The Piercing Urge

I had my first piercing in Australia here today and it was so smooth. Emily is lovely and a skilled piercer. She took time to go through the process, share aftercare tips and answered all my questions. She not only helped me choose jewellery for my orbital but was as happy with how well it went as I was. I'm just in love with the jewellery and the comforting process considering it was my first cartilage piercing and I was too anxious. The Piercing Urge definitely stands up to its reputation for high standards and I can’t wait to go back!

Emily is extremely knowledgable, patient, professional, and caring. She always makes me feel welcomed and is happy to answer all my questions and give advice. I would highly recommend Emily and her team at the Piercing Urge as I’m sooo happy with my earlobe piercings! Pricey, but you get everything you pay for. Lovely staff who will run through everything for you if you're a novice like I was, excellent care taken and facilities. Would recommend!

Very professional and safe environment. The staff here clearly love what they do and make you feel completely comfortable. Great selection of jewellery available. Really appreciate the level of care given in regards to aftercare instructions. Definitely recommend!

I just got my septum pierced by Will and had him replace two other pieces of jewellery. I could not be happier! He was perfectly professional and knowledgeable! I’ll be going back to him for my next one.

Sternum dermal pierced here is still healthy after 8 years.
Also when a threaded end got stuck in a piercing they were happy to remove it with sterilized tools. Great service and staff.

Will and Jess were awesome. They were great with my daughter and talked her through the process of getting her ears pierced. Highly recommend.

Came in for a flash day. Super busy but all staff were great. Reception staff was super friendly and efficient trying to organise everyone in an orderly manner, piercing staff were helpful with some advice on a conch piercing and Levi and the other artists were a lot of fun as well as talented. Got my second nose piercing done today and Iam telling you Eloise is amazing. Eloise took the time to make sure it was lined up with the otherside and she explained everything before we proceeded. Coming to the piercing part, she was so gentle and quick. After she took the time to also recommend a piercer interstate as Im moving in a month, which was very helpful. Shes a great gem. Highly recommend this place, including for young children who want their ears pierced. Seeing the careful job Bronson and colleagues did today for my sensitive daughter to have a positive and calming experience. Worth the money.

Eloise is a gem! Had a great experience getting my septum pierced. The best hygiene practises I've ever seen in a piercing studio and overall just fun. If you're in a hurry like i was, be sure to allow at least 40 minutes.

I've been coming to TPU for 8yrs or more and it's only gotten better with time. It's a Melbourne legend in body mods and the only studio that I recommend to friends.
Pete and his crew know their stuff and are legit - both for piercings and tattoos. The piercing studio has been transformed recently with new decor and lead staff who've improved the vibe drastically.

I had my first couple of piercings done by Pete few months ago. Such a good experience! Clean and quick! Looking forward the next one!
