You can 100% feel her passion and dedication to making the experience perfect which I really appreciate, 10/10 customer service will always come back!:)

Went there for a jewelry change and couldn't be happier! Lola helped me pick the jewelry while Eloise did the change, and both were equally lovely, helpful and patient. I was never made to feel 'less' just because I was coming for a jewelry change and not an actual piercing. The procedure was safe (the jewelry is sterilized just before being put in) and performed with great care, the fit is perfect. Top marks, they absolutely deserve their reputation!

Amazing experience! I was recommended this place after doing so much for research for 3 months in different towns in VIC. I felt so comfortable and welcomed at this studio and will definitely come back for any future piercings! Suzzane is the best:) She made me quite comfortable and her work is great. Thank you

It was my first peircing experience and got my two lobes done.
Eloise was informative, professional and didn't rush me through the process. When it came to the final day, she was equally as accommodating.

Also has a great taste in music!

Had a great experience at the piercing urge. My piercer was Aiden and they were very thorough and friendly, felt very safe and clean.

Aidan, Frankie and all the other staff at The Piercing Urge were so lovely! Aidan in particular did my piercings, and did so in such a thorough, careful manner. He was super attentive and sat with me beforehand to ensure I had all my questions answered, conducted the piercing process efficiently with great attention to hygiene and made me feel incredibly comfortable throughout the whole process. He was able to take on suggestions and provide constructive feedback as to why certain placements would be better than others, and tackled my doubts in such a reassuring and informative way. I was nervous to switch to a new piercer but I'm so glad I did - Aidan is such a lovely individual, everyone is friendly and I won't go anywhere else.

I got my philtrum piercing done by Adam and it was defiantly the best piercing experience I have ever had. He was absolutely amazing and made me feel so comfortable during the whole process, Adam was extremely professional and friendly too!

The lovely Eloise helped me pick out the perfect stack of jewellery to add to my collection. It’s the first time I’ve had a really thorough and honest consultation with any piercer. They were very conscious of my budget, style, and end goal. Through their recommendations, they helped me save a lot of money and still achieve the look I was after.

The actual piercing process was so safe, hygienic, and comfortable. There was little to no pain as Eloise walked me through the process. The equipment was also nice and warm which made the experience all the more pleasant?

The ladies were so helpful with my piercing that wasn't healing properly, they made sure the colour of the new jewellery matched what I was wearing and even switched out the piercing for me! AND they can re-use one I bought for any new piercings I get. While I was waiting I watched as one of the ladies helped curate another customers jewellery and they were SO excited on their behalf. Honestly can't wait to come back to get more!

My daughter chose to get her ears pierced here. Bit out of our way but I wanted her to feel comfortable. Now I booked online, which was great, and it advised the cost as $80. I was under the assumption that included the earrings. Nope, it did not. My daughter looked at the basic looking studs, apparently the opal ones were the same cost, so she picked one of them. There are no prices anywhere, and no, i didn't ask because I was wrapped up in keeping my daughter relaxed in the lead up. So overall the staff were amazing, had a lovely lady and man do each ear at the same time. And had a great chat before and after had a chat about aftercare. Got to the register to pay. $185.im like, sorry, what? Couldn't believe it. Moral of the story.ask questions. Know what you're getting. Couldn't do much about it. But great service otherwise. I made an impulse decision to get my ears pierced over the weekend and I’m so glad I ended up finding The Piercing Urge. Adam was my piercer and he was so knowledgeable, not to mention extremely patient as we talked through what I wanted to get and gave me recommendations based on my ear shape. I was really nervous about getting my helix and conch pierced but he helped me stay calm and it was over before I knew it. I’ll definitely be back for my future piercings.

I had a piercing done here a while ago. It was pierced slightly too high to heal reliably, but what was more disappointing was the piercer’s advice afterwards.

When I went for a downsize, they didn’t have the right size in stock so they only downsized it by 1mm which was nowhere near enough, yet were still happy to charge me $80 for the wrong size jewelry.

When it inevitably starting rejecting I went back for a downsize but was told it looked fine. You could literally see the barbell through the skin!

I went to another piercer who said I had to remove it immediately.

Recently got my earlobes pierced. Had a lovely experience overall. They have a good selection of jewellery at hand and all the staff members are polite, friendly and helpful.

Piercing by Ebs was excellent, defiantly put me at ease and made the whole experience enjoyable. Would highly recommend. The studio was well set up, with the process explained and lots of opportunities and time to ask questions. This was Ebs first frenum piercing, so was supervised by Suzanne, both very professional and I had no worries at all.

Really cool place with a whole bunch of friendly and experienced piercers. Got my first earlobe piercings at the end of 2022 and it was a super easy and straight forward experience. More recently I had issues with my right ear swelling and I was able to get an appointment on extremely short notice (within an hour) to have my barbell extended. I did find the initial price (piercings + jewelry + aftercare) to cost a little more than I'd expected, but being able to come back for any issues and experience great service is worth it in my opinion.

This place is just amazing. They are thoughtful, listen well, answer all your questions, they make sure you’re comfortable. I have never been to a cleaner place than this. This place is on the expensive side, but it’s expected with the quality and care that comes with it. Extremely sterile and high quality. Loved everyone that works there!

Amazing jewellery selection and Adam is fantastic! He has done multiple piercings for me and all turned out beautiful; he has a very good eye for placement for piercings and always does a great job! He also gives great aftercare consultations and will always be my number 1 piercer, highly recommend him and always will!

It isn't often that I write reviews but I wanted to share my incredible experience with Jessica Rabid as a deaf 27-year-old who sometimes finds these kinds of appointments daunting! From the moment we entered the piercing studio, Jessica made me feel extremely comfortable, going to extra lengths to ensure I could hear her despite the difficulty posed by masks and studio sounds. Throughout the appointment, Jessica checked in frequently to make sure I could hear and consent to every step of my piercing procedure and felt comfortable at each stage. As someone born hard of hearing who has recently become deaf, I cannot recommend Jessica at The Piercing Urge more highly. This isn't even touching on her attention to detail with respect to the piercing itself, a sweet BVLA cartilage piercing that I barely registered as painful and I will love for years to come! Thank you again Jessica, my mum and I loved meeting you and will be back for more! Xx
