Wonderful group of people. Jessica was very professional and empathic. I used to see Peter for many years but now I have found and new person to trust with confidence in more advanced work.

The Piercing Urge is absolutely wonderful! The consultation and the whole process from beginning until end was professional and a fantastic experience. I have had piercings done all around the world. Jessica is true master and professional in her field of excellence. Jessica walked me through detailing each step throughout the appointment. Had a great experience getting pierced here today. I was pretty nervous as I haven't had a piercing since I was a kid, but my piercer (Jessica) made me feel super comfortable. She explained everything thoroughly, answered all my questions with expert knowledge and was just really lovely in general. I was pretty worried my piercings would come out uneven but they turned out absolutely perfect! The piercing itself was also very quick and painless. Thank you so much Jessica - will definitely be back for more!

Darion looked after my nose piercing. She was absolutely delightful and created the most relaxing and inviting environment - such an asset to The Piercing Urge. I felt comfortable to take my time as we went through all the options. Love my new accessory! The venue is also very lovely and there's a great jewellery selection. Highly recommend.

Everyone at the piercing urge is so lovely and helpful, they have beautiful jewellery and the best customer service for a piercing parlour. In particular my experiences with Kay and Jessica have been wonderful. They are both a wealth of knowledge and it is clear they have been trained properly. The professionalism is outstanding. Thank you Jessica for your patience and teaching me how to take out my flat back!

Love my new septum piercing, super professional and friendly staff! Came back for my third lobe piercings + my conch piercing, and once again, the piercers were easy to talk to and made sure I felt comfortable: D

I have never come across such condescending rude females. Couple of nasty drama queens. Watch out for infection from this place. Terrible

My second visit. Again I was far from disappointed! Jessica R was meticulously precise and careful, and ensured I was going to get what exactly I wanted. She was also super nice.

I was absolutely blown away by my experience at the Piercing Urge in general, but mostly from Jessica Rabid.
I have been getting pierced for over 20 years now and not once has anyone explained the process to me in as much detail as Jessica, her knowledge and understanding of the human body makes her a master of her craft, and someone I would highly recommend.
As I was getting a piercing in an intimate area, this has the opportunity to be extremely awkward and confronting, however Jessica made me feel super comfortable and always asked for consent before touching me which is something a lot of places lack.
Her explanation of the aftercare was extremely clear, and I left feeling confident that I had all the information I needed to continue the healing process.
On top of that, she is SO lovely to speak with, really personable and inviting, and I felt like I was in very safe hands the entire time.
That goes for everyone I encountered at the shop, every single person that works there was really friendly, and patient with every customer that walked in the door, no matter how small the appointment.

Cannot recommend these guys enough, I will definitely be back!

I had a piercing done a couple of months ago by Jessica Rabid. I cannot praise
her skills and knowledge enough! The level of care and thorough explanation of each part of the process completely put me at ease. She gave me practical examples of aftercare and how to adjust my piercing on my own when it healed. I’ve had perfect healing, no swelling or extreme tenderness. I’ll definitely be back for more! Best experience so far in any studio I have been to. Had a very pleasant experience with Kay who remained patient with me and did not rush me. She was incredibly helpful and worked professionally to give me an educated opinion. She took her time to ensure I was comfortable and was very easy to talk to. Highly recommend

The most professional piercing I've ever had. Emily went above and beyond to help me pick the earring and feel calm during the procedure. My helix is healing perfectly. No swelling or itching. You guys are fantastic!

Jess was amazing and the entire experience was great. The studio was lovely, very professional yet personal experience. As other reviewers have said, it is on the expensive side, but "good things aint cheap" as they say. Already planning my next visit.
